Rain does not always bring disaster, sometimes there are many hopes and prayers for its arrival, many lives depend on it, its arrival is so eagerly awaited by many people, especially during the dry season.
In remote villages in Aceh it has not rained for a long time, starting at the beginning of the year, even farmers are threatened with starvation because they cannot work on their fields as long as it doesn't rain, even the only irrigation in the village is dry.
Miracles came from God, God sent rain in a few days, even the irrigation that used to be dry, is now filled with water to the full and even overflows, the river water is so abundant, all the villagers are very happy, including me.
Therefore in the afternoon I and my beloved friend @alvonsohiver went to visit an irrigation in my village..
This irrigation was built specifically to collect and distribute water evenly to 20 villages in the sub-district, besides that, this irrigation is often used as a place for anglers to find fish, especially during the rainy season.
It was clear that there were residents fishing and catching fish, and according to village regulations we were allowed to fish, as long as a large and not rare fish was chosen, while small and rare fish had to be released back into the river. to maintain sustainability.
During the rainy season, fish in our river are very abundant, even surprisingly my friend @alvonsohiver managed to find a large shrimp, but because of its rare existence we chose to release it back into the river..
What's more surprising is that my friend @alvonsohiver apparently has extraordinary skills, he shows his ability to walk on water like in Hollywood movies, just look at how expertly he walks...
