It's supposed to be the 5th day of our "Tupad", but yesterday they didn't work because of the heavy rains. So instead of 5th it will be there 4th day.
And just like yesterday, I thought there will no workers who will come today, because earlier the rain was also heavy. And at around 9AM my man came and asked for a fund for the snacks of the worker. So it means the worker came.
And I am so thankful also Because the rain stops. Mr. Sun is not around but it's not already raining.
And now while I am on my desk, I compute the number of days that they have work. The day they started to work, they told my man that they want there salary to be given weekly. So that's what I did. They just Cash Advance and on the salary day I will less there cash advances.
I'm already at home and I saw my man helping the carpenter. Then that's the time I know, that the labor for today is only half day. So for the meantime the labor worker for this afternoon was my man.
And since there lack of workers, I also help.lol.(just kidding)🙂 I just asked my man, if I can try. And then I did it. Ofcourse I asked him to took me a photo.
After that, I givebit back to him and just take some random photos of the work of my workers.
