I am now joining the Asean Hive Community Challenge # 46: The Great Noodle Cook-Off. I saw ate @shikika blog about this challenge, and since we still have left over Noodle in our refrigerator I decided to join the challenge. But before that, I explore first on Asean Hive Community if the challenge is still on. And then I saw that the last day of the challenge os today. So I need to be hurry to be part of the said Challenge.

And as what sir @justinparke give me a name of "Pinay Home Chef" I will proudly show it here now, why he give me that name. So let's start.

What I will cooked now is just a simple "Dry Sauted Miki Noodle". This is one of the usual way of cooking this noodle. If it is not soup it's dry sauted. Since we have already a Miki Noodle, I just bought mixed vegetables and chicken liver at the market. Then we went home right away. I prepared it all first. So what follows are the steps and ingredients of the said recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Miki Noodle
  • mixed vegetables
  • chicken liver
  • garlic and onions
  • ground black pepper
