There are a number of independent publications that make things for the Hash House Harriers on a global scale. While they tend to focus on their own areas they do try to include as much international flair as possible and "Hash Trash" is one of my favorites.
They operate on a similar sort of time-table that the rest of our operations do in that they don't really take themselves too seriously. If they did, they wouldn't be Hashers.
The publication is based out of Stockholm but they focus on as many Hash chapters as they can around the world. if anyone provides them with pictures they do their best to include them. It is a wonderful insight into how beloved the Hash House Harriers are around the world.
There is one downside of this publication though and that is the fact the the editor or whoever takes out the time to make this also includes some real world political propaganda in it, which is frowned upon in the Hash and I believe he has been asked many times to stop doing that. He refuses because none of us actually pay for this so I guess go ahead and do whatever you want dude! It's easy enough for me to skip past the stuff that involves politics because I am adults. That aside, this publication is a wonderful glance into the life of a Hasher and you can look at it for free if you want to.
