This week I found four undervalued posts that I feel deserve some more attention and rewards, so here I am to share them with you all. @junebride shared some very meditative b-roll footage with music perfectly matched for the scenes. @tegoshei shared some very tempting snacks made from a local variety of purple yam. @aishinn whipped up some fried noodles in Myanmar, and @amayphin documented the easing of some COVID restrictions in the Philippines.
Pandemic Afternoon at the Coast
by: @junebride(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) There's stillness in the sound of the waves crashing into the stones on a shore, the sound of birds flying over, and the muted chattering of people around that's relaxing, like white noise, it brings a different kind of rest. I guess that's the reason why some people favor stopping by in the coastal area in the afternoon - watch the peace that the sea waves bring, breath the salted air or perhaps simply observe random people swimming, or maybe they are waiting for someone, to converge friends so together they look into the calm fishermen dropping their nets for a hope of a good catch.
Fluffy and Yummy Ube Ensaymada

When I went out of my room upon waking up, I was surprised to see a familiar box. It's some pastries from Cardinal Bakeshop and later learned that my best friend gave it to us. He and his family are always so thoughtful and generous. When I check the box, it was UBE ENSAYMADA!!!

First we will get all the ingredients ready. All ingredients are thoroughly rinsed with water. Cut the beans in bite-sized and cut the cabbage in the same way.
