Nosotros, este domingo lo escogimos para quedarnos en casa viendo películas y preparando cosas ricas. Nos aventuramos a hacer pan de jamón y les cuento que nos ha parecido un proceso largo, pero como lo estamos haciendo en familia, todo ha sido muy ameno. Entre risas, pasapalitos y vinito el tiempo ha transcurrido rápido. La elaboración del pan de jamón se las cuento luego. Mientras hacíamos el pan, me dispuse a preparar una marquesa de chocolate para complacer a mi hija que me la había pedido hace días. La marquesa de chocolate es uno de los postres más deliciosos de la gastronomía venezolana. Así que esta es la receta que les quiero compartir porque, la verdad, es muy fácil de preparar y queda deliciosa. > Greetings, my dear food lovers. I will tell you about the elaboration of the ham bread later. > While we were making the bread, I prepared a chocolate marquise to please my daughter who had asked me for it a few days ago. >Chocolate marquise is one of the most delicious desserts of Venezuelan gastronomy. So this is the recipe I want to share with you because, the truth is, it is very easy to prepare and it is delicious.

**Ingredientes** - 1 1/2 tazas de leche - 2 tabletas de chocolate oscuro - 2 cucharadas de maicena - 1 lata de leche condensada - 3 paquetes de galletas tipo María - 250 ml de leche (1 taza para mojar las galletas)

Cuando la mezcla haya enfriado, comenzamos a armar. Primero ponemos una capa de galletas que cubra toda la base del recipiente, añadimos la mezcla poco a poco hasta cubrir las galletas. Así, vamos armando la marquesa: capa de galletas y mezcla de chocolate. Al final, añadimos un poco de galletas trituradas para terminar. Llevamos a la nevera a enfriar más o menos por cuatro horas. > When the mixture has cooled, begin to assemble.
