Praise be to Allah who has given health and opportunity so that today we meet again. in this post I want to show my friends everything about the Kurkubit or Oteng-oteng species. this species is a leaf-eating or pest for plants such as chili, eggplant, long beans and so on. oteng-oteng is a leaf-eating kurkubit beetle. how to control this species by using insect poison either in contact or with systemic poison.
I found this kurkubit beetle not far from the spinach and kale vegetables. This species fell into a drum filled with water. then I took it and then I put it on a white flower to dry it because this species is still alive.

I also didn't forget to take pictures of this species for me to show to all my friends in the @asean-hive-community community, I hope all of you like it. I took pictures using a macro lens and a realme C11 cellphone to make it clear because this beetle is also small.After drying this beetle for a few minutes to dry, it makes the beetle active again, moving as before, even very agile.didn't wait a long time thi's beetle to fly away again.
