Mi Caluk is a typical Acehnese snack that we often encounter in traditional markets such as at my place on Wednesdays because many weekends sell Caluk noodles. As the name suggests, Mi Caluk is a food made from the main noodles, served with thick chili sauce, some also use spices. nuts and some vegetables, potato wedges and red and white crackers are the norm. Each portion of caluk noodles does not contain too much content, so it is more appropriate to be used as a snack. This noodle is very simple so that we often meet Caluk noodle traders selling their wares on the side of the road with makeshift places not occupying special shops as is the custom of food and beverage stalls in Aceh.

Saute again the ground spices until the oil releases, add the celery pieces and spring onions. Set aside. Leave some finely ground spices that have been cooked for sauteing the vegetable ingredients. Put the vegetable ingredients into the rest of the seasoning stir, add enough salt. Saute until wilted. Then serve the caluk noodles together with the cooked chili sauce and stir-fry vegetables.
