Cuando algo nos inspira y nos llena, nos apasiona no es trabajar es vivir a plenitud ya que esto podemos hacerlo por el resto de nuestras vidas.
Emprender para mi es un estilo de vida y por ello me uno a la iniciativa de los amigos de @beentrepreneur quienes nos traen un nuevo tema muy interesante para todos los que hacemos vida en Hive, así que comencemos.

Entrepreneurship for me is a lifestyle and therefore I join the initiative of the friends of @beentrepreneur who bring us a very interesting new topic for all of us who make life in Hive, so let's start.
Mi respuesta es afirmativa en cuanto a que Hive es mi emprendimiento, lo dije al principio cuando uno ama hacer algo no es un trabajo sino una pasión, eso es lo que ha sido Hive para mi pasión, un emprendimiento que salio sin pensarlo, jamás imagine que se convertiría en el mejor emprendimiento de mi vida.
My answer is affirmative in that Hive is my venture, I said it at the beginning when you love to do something is not a job but a passion, that is what has been Hive for my passion, a venture that came out without thinking, I never imagined that it would become the best venture of my life.
Cuando comencé en Hive lo hice por un pasatiempo pues me gusta escribir, sin embargo comencé a enamorarme de Hive gracias a todas las posibilidades que ofrece y todo lo que puedo realizar aquí, así que fui poco a poco siendo una constante generadora de contenido, me enfoque en publicar a diario porque es algo que me gusta a parte de que somos recompensados de alguna manera por ello, luego comencé a recibir comentarios alentadores que me motivaban a publicar más y mayor contenido, así que fue un proceso hermoso realmente, aprendiendo cada día, documentando, siguiendo a personas que considero ejemplos dentro de la plataforma.
Luego después de dos años sabía que podía hacer más, pues al principio no lo tenía muy claro, así que allí fue cuando nació la comunidad de @jewelry antes de ella había pensado en otra pero por miedo o desconocimiento no la cree y otra persona se me adelanto, pero estoy feliz porque @jewelry ha sido una comunidad que ha dado paso para aflorar la creatividad de muchas personas, estoy feliz por ello.
También he podido explorar la parte de exponer a Hive a muchas personas y eso me gusta mucho pues con ello podemos abrirle una ventana a otros para que también puedan mejorar su calidad de vida gracias a una Blockchain que nos motiva a crecer. Así que mi proceso de crecimiento ha sido de pasos de tortuga pero seguros así lo veo yo, pienso que cuando vamos poco a poco podemos dar más y mejor, no me apuro sino que sigo aprendiendo, porque así es la vida un constante aprendizaje y más en hive cuando existen muchas cosas que explorar.
When I started in Hive I did it as a hobby because I like to write, however I started to fall in love with Hive thanks to all the possibilities it offers and everything I can do here, so I was gradually becoming a constant generator of content, I focused on publishing daily because it's something I like and we are rewarded in some way for it, then I started to receive encouraging comments that motivated me to publish more and more content, so it was a beautiful process really, learning every day, documenting, following people that I consider examples within the platform.
Then after two years I knew I could do more, because at first I was not very clear, so that's when the @jewelry community was born before it I had thought of another but for fear or ignorance did not create it and someone else beat me to it, but I'm happy because @jewelry has been a community that has given way to Surfacing the creativity of many people, I'm happy about it.
I have also been able to explore the part of exposing Hive to many people and I like that a lot because with it we can open a window to others so that they can also improve their quality of life thanks to a Blockchain that motivates us to grow. So my growth process has been in snail's pace but I think that when we go little by little we can give more and better, I do not hurry but I keep learning, because that's life is a constant learning and more in hive when there are many things to explore.
Siempre es bueno tener un plan de acción, los planes de acción siempre hay que tenerlos, también los mismos cambian y se renuevan, así que en estos momentos estoy renovando mi plan de acción pero nunca la meta, la meta es la misma.

Creo que toda estrategia requiere de una buena planificación, por allí deben comenzar cualquier persona que desea emprender y sobre todo aquí en Hive, debemos ser planificados, luego debemos crear una comunidad porque es necesario conocer personas que puedan ayudarte a crecer, seguidamente recuerden hacer post de calidad que generen valor a otros, leer mucho es necesario aquí en Hive y por último ser constante y perseverante este último es la guinda del pastel en cualquier emprendimiento.
Por otra parte pienso que en Hive es importante ser muy natural hablar desde el corazón, que las personas puedan conocernos un poco más y se puedan sentir identificados.
Las estrategias también pueden cambiar, creo que para todos no se da igual, las que me funcionan a mi puede no funcionarle a otros, sin embargo solo puedo dar a conocer las que aplico.
I believe that every strategy requires good planning, that's where anyone who wants to start a business should start and especially here in Hive, we must be planned, then we must create a community because it is necessary to meet people who can help you grow, then remember to make quality posts that generate value to others, reading a lot is necessary here in Hive and finally be consistent and perseverant, the latter is the icing on the cake in any venture.
On the other hand, I think that in Hive it is important to be very natural, to speak from the heart, so that people can get to know us a little better and feel identified with us.
The strategies can also change, I think that for everyone it is not the same, the ones that work for me may not work for others, however I can only make known the ones I apply.
