Aunque parezca asombroso, nosotros los emprendedores tenemos ese poder, pero obvio, un solo emprendedor no harÃa el cambio de todo un paÃs sino de un grupo reducido. Ahora que si eso hace cada uno de los emprendedores, entonces ya podemos hablar de cambios nacionales hasta mundiales.
Por qué digo esto, bueno, está comprobado que una de las cosas que influyen en la mejora de la calidad de vida de los habitantes de diferentes paÃses, es el aumento del Producto Interno Bruto, o sea el conjunto de Bienes y Servicios producidos en un paÃs en el periodo de un año.
Cómo se relaciona esto con el tema de la iniciativa, bueno, pues resulta que creo que en esta etapa de la humanidad, donde toda la información está disponible, la mayorÃa de los emprendedores deberÃan tener negocios rentables y muchos deberÃan estar creando empleos mejor pagados.
Sin embargo, me parece y es una teorÃa muy personal, que el mayor problema que tenemos los emprendedores en Latinoamérica, es la cultura emprendedora que nos ha orillado a buscar la recompensa inmediata y viendo sólo por nuestros propios intereses.
Nos falta aprender a trabajar en equipo por o objetivos más grandes, pensando en los beneficios a largo plazo que serán mayores.
Tan sólo en México el poder de aumentar el PIB que tienen las empresas, desde las micro hasta las medianas, es mayor al 50%. No sólo eso, sino que son ellas quienes generan más del 70% de los empleos.
Estos datos podrÃan parecer emocionantes, pero si los comparamos con paÃses que ofrecen una mejor calidad de vida, México tiene bajos niveles de rendimiento y de productividad, o sea, que la mayorÃa de los negocios y empresas apenas generan los recursos para cubrir los costos de operación. No logran aumentar su capital. Lo que afecta en el pago que puede ofrecer a sus empleados o colaboradores, y con ello, lo que estos pueden ofrecer a sus familias.
Si bien las acciones del gobierno intervienen en gran medida en el desarrollo de oportunidades, somos los emprendedores los responsables de nuestros propios negocios.
Emprender solo o en compañÃa tiene una gran diferencia, y es el alcance que podemos darle a nuestro negocio. Para que un negocio sea rentable y vaya creciendo, se requiere de muchos conocimientos, mismos que una sola persona podrÃa adquirir, pero le llevarÃa al menos 30 años de su vida, y con lo rápido que se están dando los cambios actualmente, tal vez cuando alcanzara todos los conocimientos, estos ya podrÃan ser obsoletos.

En cuanto a los negocios me he preguntado dos cosas:
¿Por qué la mayorÃa de los emprendedores somos tan celosos de nuestra idea? Si las ideas no valen nada hasta que se ponen en acción.
¿Por qué preferimos el 100% de nada que el 1% de algo real? Ejemplo Si un emprendedor tiene un negocio que lo único que le genera son gastos, y de repente encuentra a alguien que le puede ayudar a que genere un 10% de utilidad, y lo único que pide es el 10% del negocio. La tendencia es que no acepten la oportunidad. También se da el caso contrario, que se le ofrezca ese 1% del negocio a alguien que puede hacerlo crecer y generar utilidades, y que necesita de ese ingreso, y le parezca poco o le parezca que tiene que esperar mucho para recibir un verdadero beneficio por su aportación.
Estos casos son reales, tanto que he escuchado que dicen que en México somos como los cangrejos en una cubeta, donde no sólo no ayudamos a que otras personas prosperen, sino que cuando alguien está por escapar de la cubeta, los demás se unen para regresarlo al fondo de esta.
La cultura emprendedora es muy diferente en paÃses como China, allá no sólo se alienta a los emprendedores, la familia y amigos se unen para alentar y apoyar a los emprendedores. Este apoyo los emprendedores lo toman como una cuestión de honor, y las primeras utilidades se van para pagar los prestamos recibidos. Además tienen una visión diferente de la competencia, pero eso es otro tema.
Volviendo a la cuestión de emprender solo o acompañado, si bien ambas formas tienen sus pro y sus contras, creo que el punto más importante es que se emprende sin una visión clara a largo plazo, porque la mayorÃa de veces se emprende por generar ingresos lo antes posible aunque eso nos quite los recursos más valiosos que tenemos: El tiempo y la energÃa vital.
Desde mi punto de vista y tomando en cuenta mis experiencias personales como emprendedora, inversora y empleada en empresas privadas; cualquier persona que emprenda sola, deberÃa buscar la manera de crear un equipo, ya sea entregando acciones de su negocio o pagando por sus servicios.
Estamos viviendo cambios a un ritmo acelerado, los emprendedores que están aprendiendo a adaptarse a este ritmo, son los que están desarrollando negocios y empresas rentables que generan empleos (directos e indirectos). Aquellos emprendedores que sigue haciendo negocios de la forma tradicional, están empeorando su situación, ya que ni siquiera pueden mantener los recursos con los que iniciaron su emprendimiento.

Inicia un negocio sólo, pero trabaja para crear un equipo y convertirte en un lÃder.
Si inicias acompañado, aprende a ser un lÃder o apoya al que tome ese papel.
Mucho de la cultura del emprendimiento en México lo aprendà en el libro "Cómo ser un mexicano exitoso", donde el autor hace una investigación profunda de sobre esto, tal vez no se aplique a ningún otro paÃs de Latinoamérica, pero no estarÃa de más que le echaras un vistazo a los datos que comparte. Te aseguro que te va a sorprender.
No estoy segura si este tipo de post es el que esperaban en esta comunidad cuando lanzaron la iniciativa, pero si hay algo quiero dejar, es que sin importar de que manera inicies tu emprendimiento, hazlo por un bien mayor, sueña en grande, que los mismo te costará trabajar por un sueño pequeño que por uno grande.

For a business to be profitable and grow, it requires a lot of knowledge, the same that a single person could acquire, but it would take at least 30 years of his life, and with how fast changes are taking place nowadays, maybe when he reaches all the knowledge, these could already be obsolete.

If we take a look at the history of the largest companies operating internationally, we can see that most of them were created by teams, although the idea came from one person, it required a team of partners and collaborators to get to where it is.
When it comes to business I have wondered two things:
Why are most of us entrepreneurs so jealous of our idea? If ideas are worth nothing until they are put into action.
Why do we prefer 100% of nothing to 1% of something real? Example If an entrepreneur has a business that generates nothing but expenses, and suddenly he finds someone who can help him generate 10% profit, and all he asks for is 10% of the business. The tendency is that they do not accept the opportunity. The opposite is also the case, that 1% of the business is offered to someone who can make it grow and generate profits, and who needs that income, and it seems little, or it seems to him that he has to wait a long time to receive a real benefit for his contribution.
These cases are real, so much so that I have heard it said that in Mexico we are like crabs in a bucket, where not only do we not help other people to prosper, but when someone is about to escape from the bucket, the others join in to return him to the bottom of the bucket.
The entrepreneurial culture is very different in countries like China, where entrepreneurs are not only encouraged, family and friends, join together to encourage and support entrepreneurs. This support entrepreneur takes it as a matter of honor, and the first profits go to repay the loans received. They also have a different view of competition, but that is another matter.
Returning to the question of undertaking alone or accompanied, although both ways have their pros and cons, I think the most important point is that it is undertaken without a clear long-term vision, because most of the time it is undertaken to generate income as soon as possible even if that takes away the most valuable resources we have: Time and vital energy.
From my point of view and taking into account my personal experiences as an entrepreneur, investor and employee in private companies; any person who undertakes alone, should look for a way to create a team, either by giving shares of their business or paying for their services.
We are living through changes at an accelerated pace, and the entrepreneurs who are learning to adapt to this pace are the ones who are developing profitable businesses and companies that generate jobs (direct and indirect). Those entrepreneurs who continue to do business in the traditional way, are worsening their situation, since they cannot even maintain the resources with which they started their venture.

Start a business alone, but work to build a team and become a leader.
If you start with someone else, learn to be a leader or support the one who takes that role.
I learned a lot about the culture of entrepreneurship in Mexico in the book "How to be a successful Mexican", where the author makes a deep research about this, maybe it does not apply to any other country in Latin America, but it would not hurt to take a look at the data he shares.
