La verdad he estado leyendo su publicación de "Espacios de poder" y de una vez, me he propuesto hacer una publicación que me parece, puede aportar algo de valor a la mentalidad emprendedora.

I want to give a special thanks to my friend @emiliorios who cordially extended me the invitation here and on Twitter. The truth is that I have been reading your publication "Espacios de poder" and I have decided to make a publication that I think can contribute something of value to the entrepreneurial mindset.
What does it mean: A defined purpose?
"When there is a definite goal or purpose, it saturates the entire subconscious mind influencing physical and mental action to achieve that purpose." Napoleon Hill
Según estuve investigando por allí en internet, pude leer varias definiciones acerca de lo que significa ser emprendedor. Pero la gran mayoría coincide en que mas allá de crear un negocio o una empresa, un emprendedor es una persona que toma riesgos, que se atreve, que tiene capacidad de realizar acciones difíciles o que suponen un trabajo intelectual y físico importante. Sin embargo, a la hora de emprender cualquier proyecto en la vida necesitamos una estructura, una guía para la acción, un enfoque. Algo que nos permita mantenernos firmes a pesar de todas las dificultades que ciertamente se presentaran en el camino. En ese sentido, debo mencionar algo muy importante sobre un libro poderoso, llamado "Las leyes del éxito en 16 lecciones" o "Las 16 leyes del éxito" de Napoleón Hill.
As I was doing some research on the internet, I was able to read several definitions about what it means to be an entrepreneur. But the vast majority agree that beyond creating a business or a company, an entrepreneur is a person who takes risks, who dares, who has the ability to perform difficult actions or those that involve significant intellectual and physical work. However, when undertaking any project in life we need a structure, a guide for action, a focus. Something that allows us to stand firm despite all the difficulties that will certainly arise along the way. In that sense, I must mention something very important about a powerful book, called "The Laws of Success in 16 Lessons" or "The 16 Laws of Success" by Napoleon Hill.
En el libro de Napoleón Hill, habla sobre algo muy poderoso y es el escribir un propósito principal definido en la vida. De seguro todos tenemos metas objetivos y sueños pero, el autor va mas allá y dice que debemos escribir estos objetivos y hace mucho énfasis en la especificidad de ese propósito. Napoleón Hill nos anima en su libro a escribir una declaración escrita sobre cual es nuestro o propósito/objetivo/meta definido. No tiene porque ser uno solo pueden ser varios, pero lo importante es ser especifico. Un ejemplo sería que si tu propósito definido es montar una charcutería exitosa, pues debes dejar por escrito que ese es u propósito definido, y que a cambio de tener esta charcutería ofrecerás el mejor servicio posible a tu clientela, siempre con honestidad y ética, manifestar que vas a comenzar a realizar acciones que persigan la consecución de ese objetivo. No es necesario saber exactamente el como, ya les diré porque. Pues, lo importante es manifestar tu propósito definido por escrito y leerlo todos los días al levantarte y al acostarte, no hay nada de místico en esto declara el autor, lo que sucede es que impregnamos a nuestro cerebro con la autosugestión, cuando vamos sugestionando a nuestro cerebro las acciones cotidianas se ven orientadas hacia el cumplimiento de ese objetivo trazado, segun nos dice Napoleón Hill, grandes como Henry Ford, Walt Disney, Andrew Carnegie y decenas de hombres poderosos de su tiempo usaron este principio. Les invito a leer esta gran obra, que no tiene desperdicio es un libro que como emprendedores todos deberíamos estudiar.
In Napoleon Hill's book, he talks about something very powerful and that is to write down a defined main purpose in life. Sure we all have goals, objectives and dreams but, the author goes further and says that we should write down these objectives and emphasizes the specificity of that purpose. Napoleon Hill encourages us in his book to write a written statement of what our defined purpose/objective/goal is. It doesn't have to be just one, it can be several, but the important thing is to be specific. An example would be that if your defined purpose is to set up a successful deli, you should write down that this is your defined purpose, and that in exchange for having this deli you will offer the best possible service to your customers, always with honesty and ethics, stating that you will begin to take actions that pursue the achievement of that goal. It is not necessary to know exactly how, I will tell you why. Well, the important thing is to state your defined purpose in writing and read it every day when you get up and when you go to bed, there is nothing mystical in this states the author, what happens is that we impregnate our brain with auto-suggestion, when we are suggesting our brain daily actions are oriented towards the fulfillment of that goal, as Napoleon Hill tells us, great as Henry Ford, Walt Disney, Andrew Carnegie and dozens of powerful men of his time used this principle. I invite you to read this great work, it is a book that as entrepreneurs we should all study.
We must avoid inertia in our lives.
Hay personas que andan por la vida a la deriva, lamentablemente la mayoría no se da cuenta de ello. Mucho de lo que pasa en el mundo escapa de nuestro control, pero precisamente por ello debemos tomar acción para que las cosas que queremos que sucedan puedan materializarse. Debido a que la vida no es fácil, y las condiciones nunca son favorables para ser exitoso en un negocio, proyecto u empresa, el emprendedor debe tener valor, carácter, resiliencia etc.. Es allí donde nos ayuda tener algún enfoque, todos queremos algo en la vida o somos mas buenos en una cosa que en otra, por ello nos haría bien tomarle la palabra a lo que nos dice Napoleón Hill en su libro. Tener objetivos definidos nos va a auxiliar un montón y supondrán una gran diferencia con el resto de las personas.
There are people who drift through life, unfortunately most of them do not realize it. Much of what happens in the world is beyond our control, but that is precisely why we must take action so that the things we want to happen can materialize. Because life is not easy, and conditions are never favorable to be successful in a business, project or company, the entrepreneur must have courage, character, resilience etc.. It is there where it helps us to have some focus, we all want something in life or we are better at one thing than another, so we would do well to take what Napoleon Hill tells us in his book. Having defined objectives will help us a lot and will make a big difference with the rest of the people.

La verdad es que aun tengo metas por cumplir, lo que si puedo decir es que no ha sido ni por miedo, desconocimiento o falta de conocimiento. Este año de hecho estoy comenzando un canal de youtube, un proyecto musical y otros proyectos en los que ya estoy trabajando duro. Todo esto aparte de mi trabajo, eso explica porque también he estado un poco ausente de Hive, no obstante esta plataforma representa una buena parte de lo que soy y lo que hago, y la siento también como otro emprendimiento en el cual llevo apenas 6 meses y gracias a dios la experiencia a ha sido fenomenal. He tenido mil y un dificultades, como de seguro muchos de ustedes también, pero he aprendido a ser resiliente y perseverante. Este año que sea de éxitos y de logros para todos. ¡Un gran abrazo y gracias por leerme!
The truth is that I still have goals to accomplish, what I can say is that it has not been out of fear, ignorance or lack of knowledge. This year in fact I am starting a youtube channel, a musical project and other projects in which I am already working hard. All this apart from my work, that explains why I have also been a little absent from Hive, however this platform represents a good part of who I am and what I do, and I feel it also as another venture in which I've been just 6 months and thank God the experience has been phenomenal. I have had a thousand and one difficulties, as I'm sure many of you have, but I have learned to be resilient and perseverant. May this year be a year of success and achievements for all of us, a big hug and thank you for reading me!
