There have been different sayings that business to grow well if there are positive mind to work and there will be no issue due to the fact that each and everyone in that business have their hands on deck and I was just reasoning on my own personally trying to figure out why some businesses still collapse even though a lot of hands on deck and the find it difficult to notice what could have caused those things. in an organisation where most people who are working, even though they are hard-working but they do not pay attention to little things that might cause problem later on.
In any business, an entrepreneur must be able to take note of little things which might cause problem and hinder the progress of the business. Some things that might happened in an organisation and most people will say it's just a little thing its not a thing to be worried about and this are the little things that cause dangerous downfall of any organisation very small but the consequences are always high, the topic which I wrote was talking about learning from mistake and as an entrepreneur who really want a business to grow will only take note of every little things which might be as mistake.
We can't know everything because we always learn every day so far we are still alive and the most important thing is that if a mistake is being made which is a normal thing, the ability to now go back to those mistakes and learn from them is another phase also. A company who are planning to supply another organisation a product which has been made end in the cost of supplying some product tend to have open seal which does not make those products look like a real one, complaints were made by the company which was supplied to and after hearing this complain they decided to take it with levity because they see it as just a minor issue.
Necessary amendment which was supposed to be made on that issue was not done because they did not see it as a mistake,they just took the matter with levity and didn't know that this might affect the business in a bad way because if this continues to happen, the other company won't want to patronize that organisation again and by this occurrence the income of the company as reduced by an organisation leaving their patronage. So as a business owner and an entrepreneur when a little mistake occur, one should be able to learn immediately and find the possible solution to it so that such mistake won't repeat itself again. This is really needed as an entrepreneur who wants a business to continue progressing without having much issue.
The right way to tackle that mistakes is really important so that such mistakes can't be able to repeat itself. In a business because once a mistake continue to reoccur, it kills every good intention one has for that business. And so it won't be a big mistake to learn from after the big effect has shown on the business.
