Saludos queridos hivers emprendedores, bienvenidos a mi blog, espero se encuentren bien. Me siento entusiasmada de estar acá compartiendo mi primera publicación en la comunidad para participar en esta iniciativa “Emprender desde el amor” con la cual me siento identificada y les quiero contar un poco sobre mi experiencia como emprendedora, la cual inició con un sueño y desde el amor por ayudar a mi familia en el aspecto económico, no soy de esas personas que se quedan con los brazos cruzados cuando en la casa hay carencias.
Para comenzar me gustaría decir que para mí el amor es mi motor de vida, es eso que me impulsa y me motiva para hacer las cosas, por amor me levanto todos los días para trabajar y dar lo mejor de mí para sacar adelante mi familia y mi pequeño negocio.
Desde muy niña siempre tuve dentro de mí el gusanito del emprendimiento, recuerdo que jugaba con mis hermanos a que yo era la dueña de un colegio o una tienda, hasta tenía un libro con una rudimentaria contabilidad, siempre decía que cuando fuera adulta tendría mi negocio propio. Pero para cualquier emprendimiento se necesita de dinero, así que escogí estudiar Ingeniería Industrial para generar dinero y desde allí comenzar a planificar mi negocio, aunque la verdad no tenía claro que quería emprender. Pero la oportunidad se presentó en el año 2004 cuando mi cuñado me planteó la idea de abrir un colegio, él tenía la experiencia y yo algo de dinero.
Recuerdo que pensé mucho en la idea de fundar un colegio con mi cuñado, al principio me pareció poco factible porque no teníamos mucho dinero para invertir, pero mi cuñado me convenció. Renuncié a mi empleo y con mucho entusiasmo y desde el amor registramos nuestro colegio en la Zona Educativa, con el dinero de mi liquidación y algo que tenía ahorrado compramos una pequeña casa y en una de las habitaciones colocamos un escritorio, dicha área sería la dirección del colegio. Luego de hacer algo de propaganda en el barrio comenzamos las inscripciones y así en el año 1999 inició el colegio “Joaquín Costa”.
Ahora pienso que fue una locura como comenzamos, con el dinero de la inscripción de cada alumno comprábamos su pupitre, dinero que entraba dinero que utilizábamos para las mejoras de la infraestructura del colegio, por más de dos años no percibimos ganancias, todo se invertía en el colegio. Pero nos sentíamos felices de ver crecer nuestro negocio, era nuestro bebé y lo amábamos. Al principio teníamos primaria y secundaria, pero al final solo nos quedamos con secundaria, era más rentable.
Ahora luego de 24 años de labor educativa el colegio “Joaquín Costa” sigue abriendo sus puertas, pero con la crisis económica que estamos viviendo los venezolanos los ingresos han disminuido muchísimo, apenas se cubren los gastos y las ganancias son mínimas. Sin embargo a pesar de todo esto no queremos cerrar las puertas, nos hace feliz poner un granito de arena en la educación del país, es muy gratificante ver la felicidad en los rostros de los alumnos cuando se gradúan de bachiller, un primer paso para iniciar una profesión.
Cuando de emprender con amor se trata todo sale bien, fluye, crece y prospera.Nada es un impedimento cuando se emprende con amor, mi negocio es un ejemplo, con poco dinero fundamos un colegio. Me despido de ustedes, me encantó participar e invito a @creacioneslelys y @mayraro05.

But the opportunity presented itself in 2004 when my brother-in-law suggested the idea of opening a school to me. He had the experience and I had some money.
I remember that I thought a lot about the idea of founding a school with my brother-in-law, at first it seemed unfeasible to me because we didn't have much money to invest, but my brother-in-law convinced me. I quit my job and with great enthusiasm and out of love we registered our school in the Educational Zone, with the money from my settlement and something I had saved we bought a small house and in one of the rooms we placed a desk, said area would be the address from college. After doing some propaganda in the neighborhood we began to enroll and so in 1999 the "Joaquín Costa" school began.
Now I think it was crazy how we started, with the money from each student's registration we bought their desk, money that came in money that we used to improve the infrastructure of the school, for more than two years we did not receive profits, everything was invested in the school. But we were happy to see our business grow, he was our baby and we loved him. At the beginning we had primary and secondary, but in the end we only stayed with secondary, it was more profitable.
Now, after 24 years of educational work, the "Joaquín Costa" school continues to open its doors, but with the economic crisis that we Venezuelans are experiencing, income has decreased a lot, expenses are hardly covered and profits are minimal. However, despite all this, we do not want to close the doors, it makes us happy to do our bit in the education of the country, it is very gratifying to see the happiness on the faces of the students when they graduate from high school, a first step to start a profession.
When it comes to undertaking with love everything goes well, flows, grows and prospers.
