Greetings from me @lady-tee to all my readers, am honored to share my views and experience in this amazing communities of great minds, glad to see that the hive family is doing so much to help add value to live across the globe by the privilege of connecting with hive blockchain. This is what i see as a rear opportunity that many out there are looking for, once again thank you all for the privilege and the honor, i don't take for granted. God will also bless the admin and the active members of @Be-entrepreneur community for such a great job, done to improve the journey of an entrepreneur and the would be once.
We all know that the central focus of an entrepreneur is basically anchored on finding problems to basic challenges within and around the society, this being in view, it is of high important to analyses the elements that constitute or builds the mind of an entrepreneur, so on my very first post to this amazing community of great minds, I will be sharing on the few things that makes the mind of these great personality called an Entrepreneur.
I do know that we have seen much being posted in the #be-entrepreneur community but we cannot but learn more as much as we are growing and making advancement in life. The journey of an entrepreneur is such that you don’t stop learning and upgrading knowledge, reasons are that many of the things that were obtainable yesterday, as good and useful as it were may not be as useful today like it was then. Also there will or could be an element that was present in the past but not very useful but if engaged today may be very useful. Having said so, we will discuss a few of them in my experience and how it has really been a blessing in my entrepreneurial journey. .
- Risk taking :
This in my opinion is the very mindset that makes an entrepreneur very unique and different from every other personnel we can find in our society, this is the power that makes one climb mountains beyond imaginations, break limits and as well creates possibilities were none was found. This is the mind that breaks new grounds makes possible others can see as opportunity. If this element is not found in an entrepreneur, there will be so much of limitation and impossibilities. You know that sometimes you will need to shout your eyes while moving, because there are so much around us that wants to pull us back.
-Looking Out for needs to meet:
The needs in our society, in recent times, even in the days back is something you not explain, the needs of the persons living around us are so much, so no matter how much you try to meet the needs there is still many needs to be met, so you have to be readily looking out for needs to meet, you really don’t need to go far from your immediate environment, just within were you are, there is so much need to be met, so you have to look out for them and make effort to attend to them as much as you can. For instance I was with a younger friend yesterday, while we were talking about the opportunities within her environment in line with the things she can do,
-Investment mentality:
Today we have a lot of people running from one business to another with consumers’ mentality, all they do is to engage a business without any positive result, yes daily all we see is what I call from hand to mouth, from when the business start is when they start consuming both the capital and profit, until nothing is left. It is design to be rooted in an entrepreneurial mind to be prone to investment opportunities and to always be out to invest and not to consume.
So glad to see the likes of @jimmyrosy and others posting about the power of risk taking as an entrepreneur and ability to overcome adversaries and be bold to say that you came, you saw and you won, it’s your new friend, please do well to stop by my blog, and don’t forget to leave your comment. Saludos de mi parte @lady-tee a todos mis lectores, me siento honrado de compartir mis puntos de vista y experiencia en esta increíble comunidad de grandes mentes, contento de ver que la familia hive está haciendo tanto para ayudar a agregar valor a la vida en todo el mundo por el privilegio de conectar con hive blockchain. Esto es lo que veo como una oportunidad trasera que muchos por ahí están buscando, una vez más, gracias a todos por el privilegio y el honor, no doy por sentado. Dios también bendiga al administrador y a los miembros activos de la comunidad de @Be-entrepreneur por un trabajo tan grande, hecho para mejorar el viaje de un emprendedor y el sería una vez.
Todos sabemos que el enfoque central de un empresario es básicamente anclado en la búsqueda de problemas a los desafíos básicos dentro y alrededor de la sociedad, siendo esto en vista, es de alta importancia para los análisis de los elementos que constituyen o construye la mente de un empresario, por lo que en mi primer puesto a esta increíble comunidad de grandes mentes, voy a compartir en las pocas cosas que hace que la mente de esta gran personalidad llamada un Entrepreneur.
Sé que hemos visto muchas cosas publicadas en la comunidad #be-entrepreneur, pero no podemos dejar de aprender más a medida que crecemos y avanzamos en la vida. El viaje de un emprendedor es tal que no dejas de aprender y actualizar conocimientos, las razones son que muchas de las cosas que se pudieron obtener ayer, por muy buenas y útiles que fueran pueden no ser tan útiles hoy como lo fueron entonces. También habrá o podría haber un elemento que estaba presente en el pasado pero que no era muy útil, pero que si se ocupa hoy puede ser muy útil. Dicho esto, hablaremos de algunos de ellos en mi experiencia y de cómo ha sido realmente una bendición en mi viaje empresarial.
- Asumir riesgos:
En mi opinión, esta es la mentalidad que hace que un emprendedor sea único y diferente de cualquier otro personal que podamos encontrar en nuestra sociedad, este es el poder que hace que uno escale montañas más allá de lo imaginable, que rompa los límites y que además cree posibilidades donde no las había. Esta es la mente que rompe nuevos terrenos y hace posible que otros puedan verlos como una oportunidad. Si este elemento no se encuentra en un empresario, habrá muchas limitaciones e imposibilidades. Usted sabe que a veces tendrá que gritar sus ojos mientras se mueve, porque hay mucho a nuestro alrededor que quiere tirar de nosotros hacia atrás.
- Buscando necesidades que satisfacer:
Las necesidades en nuestra sociedad, en los últimos tiempos, incluso en los días atrás es algo que no se explica, las necesidades de las personas que viven a nuestro alrededor son muchas, así que por mucho que intentes satisfacer las necesidades todavía hay muchas necesidades que satisfacer, así que tienes que estar atento a las necesidades que satisfacer, realmente no necesitas ir muy lejos de tu entorno inmediato, simplemente dentro de donde estás, hay muchas necesidades que satisfacer, así que tienes que estar atento a ellas y hacer un esfuerzo para atenderlas tanto como puedas. Por ejemplo, ayer estuve con una amiga más joven, mientras hablábamos de las oportunidades dentro de su entorno en función de las cosas que puede hacer,
- Mentalidad de inversión:
Hoy en día tenemos mucha gente corriendo de un negocio a otro con mentalidad de consumidores, lo único que hacen es emprender un negocio sin ningún resultado positivo, sí a diario todo lo que vemos es lo que yo llamo de la mano a la boca, desde que se inicia el negocio es cuando empiezan a consumir tanto el capital como las ganancias, hasta que no queda nada. Es diseño para estar arraigado en una mente emprendedora ser propenso a las oportunidades de inversión y estar siempre fuera para invertir y no para consumir.
