Las películas suelen ser fuentes de inspiración, cuando su temática toca esos aspectos de la vida, susceptibles a ser modificados: pueden dar ideas, abrir puertas o ser una luz que haga resplandecer la inspiración. Una película, que desde mi punto de vista, cumple con esta misión es En busca de la felicidad.

Yo diría que esta película muestra todo el camino del emprendedor y las trabas que se le presentan. Algunos optarán por asumir la quiebra y el fracaso y decir " no pude" pero otros, como es el caso del protagonista, se mantendrán firmes aún cuando pareciera que se ha perdido toda la esperanza.

La película En busca de la felicidad se estrenó en el 2006 con Will Smith y Jaden Smith, su hijo. No creo que pueda hacer spoiler al hablar de esta película pues dificulto que exista alguien que no la haya visto. El mensaje que deja y la actuación de su protagonista la vuelve un clásico para las películas de emprendimiento.

La fuerza de voluntad y el espíritu emprendedor que puede tener una persona, incluso en los momentos más dificiles es encomiable. Son muchas las situaciones donde lo previsto no sale como se espera y llega un momento donde pareciera que nada puede salir peor. La frustración, el desánimo, incluso la depresión hacen mella en la persona que ha estado intentando lograr una meta sin éxito.

Sobre todo cuando no se tiene una buena posición económica o un capital que respalde nuestras acciones, cuesta más mantener un emprendimiento porque a la menor dificultad los proyectos se tambalean y se desiste del empeño. Por ello una de las fortalezas es creer en sí mismo, no menospreciarse a si mismo ni su origen.

Una película como esta puede mover los cimientos de quien se sienta defraudado y sin ánimo de seguir, es común que las personas abandonen sus emprendimientos cuando se repiten las dificultades, y mantener la esperanza puede ser dificil. Incluso ante problemas menores suele verse que las personas abandonan sus proyectos.

Suele ocurrir también que se comparan con otros más exitosos y se sienten muy inferiores, esto no fue lo que hizo Chris Gardner, el millonario que da origen a esta película que es basada en hechos reales y muestra como el espíritu de lucha y constancia no decayó nunca en él sin importar de donde venía, creer en sus sueños e insistir en ellos es lo que se necesita si se quiere tener éxito y su ejemplo así lo muestra, por lo que su vida fue llevada al cine.

El hecho de que no sea solo ficción sino que es la historia de vida de un millonario que dedica su vida a la filantropía, y dictar conferencias y confirma con su ejemplo que sí se puede cuando se tiene empeño y se insiste en luchar por las metas personales.

I would say that this movie shows the whole path of the entrepreneur and the obstacles that come his way. Some will choose to assume bankruptcy and failure and say "I couldn't" but others, as is the case of the protagonist, will stand firm even when it seems that all hope is lost.

The movie The Pursuit of Happyness was released in 2006 with Will Smith and Jaden Smith, his son. I don't think I can be a spoiler when talking about this movie as it is hard to find anyone who hasn't seen it. The message it leaves and the performance of its protagonist make it a classic for movies about entrepreneurship.

The willpower and entrepreneurial spirit that a person can have, even in the most difficult moments is commendable. Frustration, discouragement, even depression take their toll on the person who has been trying to achieve a goal without success.
