My last in 2023 Garden Journal update

Good day dear mates! December outside and it means that came time to publish last in this year my garden journal update. November turned out snowy and I don't remember for many so nice and wonderful November even maybe since my School or University years. But on the other hand I need to say that due such cold and snowy weather I was need to finish my gardening season even considering that fact that not all plans have been finished. But let's move step by step.

So first of all as you can remember from my November Garden journal post I collected all harvest and was waiting will bloom or not my chrysanthemums. And here I was lucky enough because when first snow melted they chrysanthemums decided to bloom. And I could to enjoy of beauty of this autumn flowers.

But frost didn't let them to stay too long. Anyway I could capture blooming of my chrysanthemums. Now all my garden is covered with the snow.

Just look how heavy the snow layer formed on the top of greenhouse after last snowfall. Now I am sure that all plants and seedlings are safely covered with snow and they are not so afraid of frost, and therefore in spring there is a better chance that they will wake up earlier after snow melts and will be able to please us with their harvest next season.

Now I want to propose you to move indoor. First of all to have some more vitamins I decided to grow up some onion on my garden house window.

Also in my garden house I'm growing pomegranates .As you can see it blooming now with bright red fire flowers. and near pomegranate grows 5 years old cactus.

But now I think to move them to another one window where cactus and pomegranate will receive more sun light. On other window I have aloe and shrinking violet.

And finally let me show you couple flowers from my wife's collection. It's orchid
and so called money tree.

So orchid blooming already almost three weeks and I think it'll delight us even till New Year. So that's all for now. Stay tuned! Yours @travoved

P.s. This post is my entry for Garden Journal Challenge so you still have a little bit time to participate in it!
