2x4 update, The first set of seeds, the grapefruit punch didn't crack likely my fault but I now have 1 grapefruit from @bifbeans and 1 Durban Poison from white-widow rocks.
The Durban Poison has cracked and is now tall enough for the humidity dome to be taken off.
In the humidity dome, the 2 of the hooch have come out of the coco coir.
