Hoping for early spring greens! Lettuce and Collards

I started my spring garden today. I am very excited. My commitment this year is to grow as much of my own food as possible in an organic way.
The weather is still cold, but I think the seeds will come along nicely for early spring. I am planting collards which is a favorite in the southern United States and two types of heritage lettuce. I will update with the harvest amount of each crop as the season progresses. All photos are by @growingmyownfood
First photo is my horseradish plants. These winter well and will spring up soon. There are two in the raised bed and I will harvest some of the roots soon.

These next two photos are the lettuce seeds. The seeds are very light and I plant them about 4 cm deep.

This is the bed after planting. There's not much to see!
Hopefully that will change in the next 45 days.

The two types of lettuce I planted are heirloom varieties. The first is Black Seeded Simpson and the second is Parris Island, which is a Romaine type of lettuce.

I am excited to plant and I hope I am not too early into the season.
