PELACOR ARBALEST from my Splinterlands Playable Cards is a Level 1 Rare Life Monster with
Mana Cap 6,
Ranged Attack 2,
Speed 2,
Health 2 and
Ability Double Strike.
Using PELACOR ARBALEST costs 6 Mana Cap and only gets 2 Health which is considered too low.
However, the Double Strike Ability included in it will definitely cause Damage to the Enemy Monster as it often attacks twice instead of attacking.

Thus, PELACOR ARBALEST was able to attack the Enemy Team with Ranged Attack 3.
Hitting twice in a round with Ranged Attack 3 is terrifying to the victim and often kills them.
However, PELACOR ARBALEST's weakness is that it cannot attack from the front and has low health.
Therefore, if you are going to use the PELACOR ARBALEST and play Battle, you should only place it in the middle or later of the Team.
I prefer playing PELACOR ARBALEST in the middle of the team.
In the above Battle, due to the defense of the three Monsters in front of PELACOR ARBALEST, PELACOR ARBALEST caused a good deal of damage to the Enemy Team and won.
