The DLC are elements that for many years have gained a lot of strength, I remember that in the last decade the video game industry abused the implementation of DLCs to get extra money from players, many complained about how stupid it could be because sometimes it seems that they sold you the game in parts, even in some fighting games you had to pay for some fighters that were not included in the base game, and sometimes it could be very absurd the content that brought that DLC, but, there is a game that had a couple of DLCs that more than being extra content for a video game, seems to be another completely new game, GTA IV has one of the best DLCs in the video game world.
Los DLC son elementos que desde hace muchos años han agarrado bastante fuerza, recuerdo que en la década pasada la industria del videojuego abusaba de la implementación DLCs para sacarle dinero extra a los jugadores, muchos se quejaban de lo estúpido que podía llegar a ser porque en algunas ocasiones parecía que te vendían en el juego en partes, incluso en algunos juegos de peleas tenías que pagar por algunos luchadores que no estaban incluidos en el juego base, y algunas veces podía ser muy absurdo el contenido que traía ese DLC, pero, hay un juego que tuvo un par de DLCs que más que ser contenido extra para un videojuego, parecían ser otro juego completamente nuevo, GTA IV tiene uno de los mejores DLCs del mundo de los videojuegos.

Episodes From Liberty City salió al año siguiente en el que salió GTA IV, dos episodios que son traducidas en dos nuevas campañas, con nuevos personajes, nuevas armas, nuevos autos e historias increíbles, GTA IV por si solo es un juegazo increíble, uno de los mejores GTAs de todos, y estos DLCs podrían competir con el mismo GTA IV si fuesen juegos propios y no contenido extra, los dos episodios son totalmente distintos entre sí, cada uno con cosas únicas que le darán ese toque de originalidad que los caracterizará y distinguirá el uno del otro, tanto a nivel mecánico como a nivel visual.
El primer episodio es The Lost and Damned, un episodio en el que jugamos como Johnny Klebitz, un motero que pertenece a una banda de motoristas en Liberty City, una historia mucho más oscura que los otros juegos, este episodio es un poco depresivo, se puede notar en los matices grises de la estética visual del juego, es un entorno muy apagado, este episodio trae muchísimas cosas que nos obligarán a aprender a usar, para comprar armas en este episodio hay que llamar a una especie de furgoneta que te venderá todo tipo de armas, y acá hay muchas armas nuevas como una pistola pequeña que funciona como una metralleta y hasta una escopeta recortada, y en este juego andaremos la mayor parte de juego en moto, después de todo ir en moto junto con los demás miembros de la banda nos dará un buff, me parece muy triste todo lo que le pasa a este personaje, incluso en GTA V le persigue la desgracia, sí, hace aparición en GTA V.

The Ballad of Gay Tony is another episode, it is the beautiful and colorful part of these episodes, with a Liberty City full of lights and parties, here we play as Luis Fernando Lopez, a Dominican who works as a thug and is the employee of one of the biggest nightclub businessmen in all of Liberty City, Anthony Prince, better known as Gay Tony, hence the name of the episode, just like the other episode, here there are many new things, new weapons, new vehicles, new missions and also some unique things like the fight club, a fighting arena where you can go to earn some money, I'm not sure if this is my favorite episode, because both are so different and so cool that I don't know which one to choose.
The Ballad of Gay Tony es otro episodio, es la parte bonita y llena de colores de estos episodios, con una Liberty City llena de luces y fiestas, aquí jugamos como Luis Fernando López, un dominicano que trabaja como matón y es el empleado de uno de los empresarios más grandes de clubes nocturnos de toda Liberty City, Anthony Prince, mejor conocido como Gay Tony, de ahí el nombre del episodio, al igual que el otro episodio, acá hay muchas cosas nuevas, nuevas armas, nuevos vehículos, nuevas misiones y también algunas cosas únicas como el club de pelea, una arena de peleas donde puedes ir a ganar algo de dinero, no estoy seguro si este es mi episodio favorito, porque ambos son tan diferentes y tan geniales que no sé cuál elegir.
Ambos episodios so increíbles, lo mejor de todo es que las historias se cruzan, en algunas de las misiones de cualquiera de las 3 campañas, nos encontraremos con los protagonistas de los otros episodios porque todos estos acontecimientos suceden en el mismo tiempo, es muy curioso estar haciendo una misión como Luis y encontrarte a Niko Bellic, no hablé muy extendidamente sobre estos episodios porque no quiero hacerte ningún tipo de Spoiler, son DLCs que le recomendaría a cualquiera.
Both episodes are amazing, the best of all is that the stories cross, in some of the missions of any of the 3 campaigns, we will find the protagonists of the other episodes because all these events happen at the same time, it is very curious to be doing a mission as Luis and find Niko Bellic, I did not speak very extensively about these episodes because I do not want to make any kind of Spoiler, they are DLCs that I would recommend to anyone.
