Greetings Splinterlovers, I hope everyone is doing great getting many rewards and winning many battles, in today's post, we will be getting to know the new limited edition promo cards that bring us the new packs called "Rebellion", these promo cards as previously commented, are limited and could only be purchased through the presale; or buy them in the market later on December 5th from another person who has done it, these new cards are of rarity type (Rare and other Legendary), although, the truth is that, this new phase and/or updates in Splinterlands, brings a lot of new information and one of them is the new edition of packs that I mentioned, where, for every 10 packs purchased during the presale, you will get two incredible cards that are the ones that I will be talking about today, so, without more to say, let's start.
Saludos Splinterlovers, espero que todos estén muy bien obteniendo muchas recompensas y ganando muchas batallas, en el post del día de hoy, estaremos conociendo las nuevas tarjetas promocionales de edición limitada que nos traen los nuevos paquetes llamados “Rebellion”, estas tarjetas promocionales como anteriormente comente, son limitadas y solo pudieron ser adquiridas a través de la preventa; o comprarlos en el mercado más tarde el 5 de diciembre a otra persona que lo haya hecho, estas nuevas cartas son de rareza tipo (Rara y otra Legendaria), aunque, la verdad es que, esta nueva fase y/o actualizaciones en Splinterlands, trae muchísima información nueva y una de ellas es la nueva edición de paquetes que mencione, donde, por cada 10 paquetes comprados durante la preventa, obtendrían dos increíbles cartas que son las que les estaré platicando el día de hoy, así que, sin más que decir, empecemos.
Promotional cards (Limited Edition) - Tarjetas promocionales de (Edición Limitada)
This new edition of Rebellion cards, brings us many reasons why we should buy many packs, even after the "Pre-Sale" is over, the prizes that the lucky ones received, are from obtaining titles, the elaboration of a personalized Legendary Card and not one, but two limited edition promotional cards, although in the Splinterlands post they do not specify that the players who buy Rebellion packs during the pre-sale, are the ones who will be eligible to receive these cards, as I said, they were obtained ONLY during the pre-sale, they will not be included in the Rebellion packs when the general sale is in a few days, so the only way to get them is to buy them in the market when another player lists them.
Esta nueva edición de cartas de Rebellion, nos trae muchos motivos por el cual deberíamos comprar muchos paquetes, inclusive después de terminada la “Preventa”, los premios que recibieron los afortunados, son desde obtener títulos, la elaboración de una Tarjeta Legendaria personalizada y no una, sino dos tarjetas promocionales de edición limitada, aunque en el post de Splinterlands no especifican que los jugadores que compren paquetes de Rebellion durante la preventa, son los que serán elegibles para recibir estas tarjetas, como ya comente, se obtuvieron SOLO durante dicha preventa, no se incluirán en los sobres de Rebellion cuando sea la venta general en unos días, por lo que, la única forma de obtenerlas es comprarlas en el mercado cuando otro jugador las liste.
In the post they also specify us that for every 10 Rebellion booster packs purchased during the presale, including bonus packs, players would get a neutral rare card named "Grimbardun Smith", where, each Grimbardun Smith card received, would have only a 4% chance of being the much desired "Gold Laminate" card, but, if they bought more or equal to 250 packs, they surely got at least 1 gold card, so, I hope their luck was not like that of the little mermaid and they secured at least one gold with 250 packs.
En el post también nos especifican que por cada 10 paquetes de refuerzo de Rebellion que se compraron durante la preventa, incluidos los paquetes de bonificación, los jugadores obtendrían una carta rara neutral de nombre “Grimbardun Smith”, donde, cada carta de Grimbardun Smith recibida, tendría solo un 4 % de posibilidades de ser la tan deseada “Lamina Dorada” de la carta, pero, si compraron más o igual a 250 sobres, de seguro obtuvieron al menos 1 carta dorada, así que, espero que su suerte no haya sido como la de la sirenita y hayan asegurado al menos una dorada con 250 paquetes.
Besides that, each Rebellion booster pack that was purchased during the presale, this would have only 1% chance of receiving a neutral legendary card of "Mantaroth" and by chance they wanted to have the guarantee of getting a card, the minimum they had to buy should be 100 packs and to get a golden, about 2500, this being a fairly high amount for a mere mortal like me haha, but surely the so-called "Whales", will be responsible for bringing them to market and according to their price can buy them, as long as it is in a price range suitable to your pocket.
Además de eso, cada paquete de refuerzo de Rebellion que fue comprado durante la preventa, este tendría solo 1% de probabilidad de recibir una tarjeta legendaria neutral de “Mantaroth” y de casualidad querían tener la garantía de obtener una tarjeta, el mínimo que debieron comprar debió ser 100 paquetes y para obtener una dorada, unos 2500, siendo esta una cantidad bastante elevada como para una simple mortal como yo jaja, pero seguramente las llamadas “Ballenas”, se encargaran de llevarlas al mercado y según su precio podrán comprarlas, siempre y cuando quede en un rango de precio adecuado a su bolsillo.
Grimbardun Smith
Let's talk first about "Grimbardun Smith", a rare card that will serve in battle, most likely as a Tank, that card that we position at the beginning to receive most of the attacks and so the rest of the cards do their job to defeat our opponent and get the victory, (something that with the few cards I have I get hahaha).
Hablemos primero de “Grimbardun Smith”, una carta de tipo rara que servirá en batalla, muy probablemente como Tanque, aquella carta que posicionamos al inicio para que reciba la mayoría de los ataques y así el resto de las cartas hagan su trabajo de derrotar a nuestro oponente y conseguir la victoria, (algo que con la pocas carta que tengo consigo jajaja).
Why do I say it will serve as a tank? Because of its great stats that at maximum level it has: 10 health and 3 shield points; and despite being a Rare card, it has 4 abilities:
¿Por qué digo que servirá de tanque? Por sus grandiosas estadísticas que en nivel máximo tiene: 10 puntos de vida y 3 de escudo; y a pesar de ser una carta Rara, cuenta con 4 habilidades:
- Immune to poison - Inmune al veneno
- Weaken magic (A difficult element) - Debilita la magia (Un elemento difícil)
- Weakens the blows - Debilita los golpes
- Repair the shield - Repara el escudo
This big Tank, can easily go at the beginning or at the end of the battle, depending on the strategy and the rule, this type of multiple skills, I have already seen them in other Legendary cards, so, for a Rare type, it is not bad at all, this chubby guy from the Middle Ages, will not be easy to beat, I am sure; and as always the Splinterlands design team, never ceases to surprise us, as it represents that strongman that we need in our battle lines.
Este gran Tanque, fácilmente puede ir al inicio o al final de la batalla, dependiendo de la estrategia y de la regla, este tipo de habilidades múltiples, las he visto ya en otras cartas Legendarias, así que, para ser de tipo Rara, no está nada mal, este gordito de la edad Media, no será fácil de vencer, estoy segura; y como siempre el equipo de diseño de Splinterlands, no nos deja de sorprender, ya que, representa ese fortachón que necesitamos en nuestras líneas de batallas.
Mantaroth
Now let's talk about that 1% hahaha yes, about the Legendary Mantaroth card, another good Tank for our strategies and alignments, at maximum level it has 3 points of damage, 4 shield and 11 life and a repertoire of excellent skills, something that is already common in the new editions of cards that makes us want to have them, so, its skills are:
Ahora hablemos de ese 1% jajaja sí, de la tarjeta Legendaria Mantaroth, otro buen Tanque para nuestras estrategias y alineaciones, en el nivel máximo cuenta con 3 puntos de daño, 4 de escudo y 11 de vida y un repertorio de excelentes habilidades, algo que ya es común en las nuevas ediciones de tarjetas que nos hace desea tenerlas, así que, sus habilidades son:
- Weakens the blows - Debilita los golpes
- Obtains a melee attack - Obtiene un ataque Cuerpo a cuerpo adicional por la armadura (Nueva habilidad)
- Does not miss attacks - No falla los ataques
- Repair shield (convenient) - Repara escudo (conveniente)
- Double whammy - Doble golpe
This legendary will be very useful in high mana battles or even place it as the only option depending on the needs of battle and strategy to choose, this supermonkey haha is not far behind, has a great design, the Splinterlands team doing a great job as always in their new and innovative designs, surely in gold version looks much better hahaha.
Esta legendaria será de gran utilidad en batallas de alto maná o incluso colocarla como única opción según las necesidades de batalla y estrategia a elegir, este supermono jaja no se queda atrás, tiene un gran diseño, el equipo de Splinterlands haciendo un gran trabajo como siempre en sus diseños nuevos e innovadores, seguramente en versión dorada se ve mucho mejor jajaja.

Ahora recordemos porque deberíamos participar en las “Preventas” que realiza Splinterlands, más allá de los premios que nos dan al adquirir estos paquetes, primero, respaldamos a los creadores de Splinterlands, permitiéndoles seguir innovando y mejorando el juego, somos parte activa en la construcción del futuro de este universo criptográfico que amamos, estoy segura de que si tuviera los fondos suficientes, daría todo mi dinero jajaja, la emoción de abrir paquetes y tener la fortuna de ganar una Legendaria y mejor si es dorada aún no la he experimentado, espero muy pronto poder comprar algunos paquetes, ya que, es una oportunidad de añadir a nuestra colección cartas únicas con historias propias, pienso que son más que simples piezas; son personajes en un mundo de constante evolución, me recuerda al famoso juego de Yu-gi-oh que a mi hijo tanto le gusta y ahora entiendo el porqué.
