Hello Hive family. How are you doing? I hope you are doing great and welcome to this special post I made for all of you. Have you ever thought that there would be a video game that would stimulate your creativity? The truth is that when I was a kid I never thought that would happen, until one day in 2012 I met Minecraft, a construction and survival video game, famous for being one of the most extensive games that have ever existed, easy to download, and modify, with one update per season.

The best thing about this game is the possibility of building everything you want without limitations, with the various updates that came out over the years, the ease and variety of construction materials have expanded to such an extent that Minecraft is an educational game, in several European countries have used it to develop the creativity of children in their schools, have implemented a special version with more blocks exclusively for learning.

Source

Blocks of letters, numbers, elements of the periodic table, animals, among other versions of blocks. It is one of the best games to increase the level of creativity and above all to distract you from real life, I have made thousands of constructions during the years I've been playing this great game, for example, I remember I made a solar system (miniature) had a mod that painted the sand block in different colors.

The planet Mercury I made with gray sand, Venus was covered with yellow sand, Earth was made with conventional game materials, Mars, of course, I made it with red sand, Jupiter I spread it with normal sand, Saturn I made it with orange sand and with stone blocks for its rings, Uranus I made it with green sand and used crystals for its rings from top to bottom, Neptune for obvious reasons I made it with blue sand and Pluto I made it smaller than the rest with purple sand.

That is a simple example, I have made ships, airplanes, clandestine bases, summoning places, Pokémon centers, whatever you can imagine I have done for sure. In this case, I want to bring you a creation that I managed to make in record time, a recognition to show my loyalty to the Hive Gaming community, let's think for a moment how this community would be if it were a village, large, prosperous and advanced, based on the times where Minecraft is developed.

Screenshot

So, I had the great idea to make a Hive Gaming-themed village in Minecraft, who knows if the game programmers could implement it in the real game haha. For the constructions I used three colors, orange, white and black, they are the characteristic colors of the Hive Gaming community, after deciding the color palette I searched for a village with the locate command to not waste time.

It took me 3 hours to modify all the houses of the village to the colors of the community, some things were in the way like the hay that was scattered all over the village, the farmer's crops and the roads, I had to clean the roads well to make them look presentable and functional.

It was a bit stressful, I never understood why the creators modified the villages, the change was supposed to be for something more stable, but I realized that they are much more prone to be unprotected.

However, the development of the villagers and their contribution has improved too much with that update, maybe the intensity of the super-profitable changes was lowered a little but the behavior is very good, they take on the work we want to assign them and they will not run away, nor will they abandon their post, although they need a bed to live in a house, otherwise they can get lost out there.

But well, I digress, in the village of Hive Gaming I made houses with the colors of the community, each with a detailed interior with a bed for each villager, villagers, animals, and Golem give life to this village, similar to what happens in the Gamer community we are what we give life to Hive Gaming, without us, Hive Gaming would be lost, and I without this beautiful community my work in the game would be useless.

In the village, there is a building with each profession for each villager, the library for the cartographer or librarian, the church for the priest, the dock for the fisherman, the laundry for the furriers, the crops and animals for the farmers, the smithy for those who forge weapons, tools and armor, the hunting area for the archers and Golems.

Screenshot

Other buildings also entered to give some more life to the map, such as a store, two-story houses, tall buildings that are based on the twin towers and of course the central building of Mayor Hivegc, in turn, this village has its banner, the mystical fox of the community appears embedded in the orange banner to give a symbol of its own to this village.

The version of the game I used was 1.16.1, in it are many new blocks that expanded my construction options, the blocks I used are: white, black, and orange terracotta, mostly for the walls of the houses and buildings, white, black, and orange wool for the floor of the small houses, quartz stairs, red sandstone and black stone stairs located in the new Nether, some glass panels were normal mostly, others I put them in white, black, and orange.

For lighting I never used torches, I used the new Nether's light lamps and luminous stones. Everything I built is wonderful but the main attraction I left for the end, was the main idea for the dedication of Hive Gaming but one thing came to another and I ended up modifying an entire village.

The main attraction is the stadium or combat arena as you want to call it, this magnificent structure I created with the only orange, white and black terracotta, I tried to create a pattern to make it look organized, in the central part I made it like a cage, with fences of birch wood, dark oak, and acacia, not to abandon the pattern, in that combat arena monsters would enter and kill each other to entertain the citizens.

The stands I made them horizontally one block above each stand to save time and so that from the outside it would look more detailed than a simple wall, obviously the stadium is made with the colors of the community and the fox flag are scattered throughout the stadium, even at the entrance which is guarded by an honest worker.

We are in soccer season so the stadium was a great idea to show it to you dear Gamers friends.

That's the whole Hive Gaming village, I hope you liked it.

🦊¿Hive Gaming City?😲
