Almost a month ago was my last publication, I had a strong few weeks at the University, but finally I have managed to finish my schooling, I just need to finish the thesis, defend in November or late October to finally receive my degree in Industrial Engineering on December 10 this year, an achievement that I hope to share with great joy with you here on my blog, I needed to focus on the final stretch of my career, hence the reason for my absence.
For this return, what better way to do it than by the hand of one of the greatest Super Mario compilations that have ever existed, I mean Super Mario All Stars + Super Mario World, a "pack" that contained the remastering of several video games of the saga, a highly nostalgic compilation that at the time left us completely shocked and excited, today I will talk about this wonder that the Super Nintendo gave us a little over 28 years ago.

Hace casi un mes fue mi última publicación, tuve unas semanas fuertes en la Universidad, pero finalmente he logrado culminar mi escolaridad, solo me resta terminar la tesis, defender en noviembre o a finales de octubre para finalmente recibir mi título de Ingeniero Industrial el 10 de Diciembre de este año, un logro que espero compartir con mucha alegría con ustedes aquí en mi blog, necesitaba enfocarme en la recta final de mi carrera, por ello el motivo de mi ausencia.
Para este regreso, que mejor forma de hacerlo que de la mano de una de las recopilaciones de Super Mario más grandes que han existido, me refiero a Super Mario All Stars + Super Mario World, un "pack" que contenía la remasterización de varios videojuegos de la saga, un recopilatorio altamente nostalgico que en su momento nos dejó completamente impactados e ilusionados, hoy les hablaré sobre esta maravilla que la Super Nintendo nos regaló hace poco más de 28 años.
Super Mario All Stars + Super Mario World included 5 emblematic videogames of the saga, with remasterings that gave us an idea of the great things we would see in the future, and that we know today.
Super Mario 2 was a title highly criticized in the NES, for its lack of quality and creativity, for its simplicity, it went unnoticed in its original release, but in this remastered version, several errors were corrected and a highly significant improvement was made, increasing the entertainment for gamers and vindicating itself as a great title of the saga that could be enjoyed to the fullest.
Super Mario All Stars + Super Mario World incluía 5 videojuegos emblemáticos de la saga, con unas remasterizaciones que nos daban una idea de las cosas geniales que veríamos a futuro, y que hoy conocemos.
Super Mario 2 fue un título muy criticado en la NES, por su falta de calidad y creatividad, por su simpleza, pasó muy desapercibido en su estreno original, pero en esta versión remasterizada, se corrigieron diversos errores y se hizo una mejora altamente significativa, aumentando el entretenimiento para los gamers y reivindicandose como un gran título de la saga que pudo ser disfrutado a plenitud.

The classic Super Mario Bros. was one of the games that could not miss here, a great title, with a remastering at the height of the demands of the gamer market at the time, a game that some time ago I did a full review and that you can review more in detail, this remastering, along with that of Super Mario 2, were the ones that most surprised me personally.
El clásico Super Mario Bros., era uno de los juegos que no podía faltar aquí, un título grandioso, con una remasterización a la altura de las exigencias del mercado gamer en su momento, un juego al que hace un tiempo le hice una review completa y que pueden revisar más a detalle, esta remasterización, junto a la de super Mario 2, fueron las que más me llegaron a sorprender personalmente.
Accompanying Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros. 2 was Super Mario Bros. 3, one of the greatest titles of the Nintendo NES, which was transported to the Super Nintendo with a remastering that perhaps did not present a radical change, but it did improve certain graphical aspects, with a more colorful menu, better character handling and a variant that was reflected in all 5 games that were in this compilation, and was that Mario and Luigi had different Sprits, leaving aside the popular character recycling, and giving Luigi a slightly different appearance ala Mario, with a little more height and visually a little thinner. Super Mario Bros. 3 improved something that was already very good.
Acompañando a Super Mario Bros. y Super Mario Bros. 2 estaba Super Mario Bros. 3, uno de los títulos más grandiosos de la Nintendo NES, que se transportaba a la Super Nintendo con una remasterización que quizá no presentaba un cambio radical, pero que si mejoraba ciertos aspectos gráficos, con un menú más colorido, mejor manejo de personaje y una variante que se veía reflejada en todos los 5 juegos que estaban en esta recopilación, y era que Mario y Luigi tenían Sprits diferentes, dejando a un lado el popular reciclaje de personaje, y otorgando a luigi una apariencia un poco diferente ala de Mario, con un poco más de altura y visualmente un poco más delgado. Con Super Mario Bros. 3 se mejoraba algo que de por sí ya era muy bueno.

The lost Levels, a version also quite popular that like Super Mario Bros. had a very similar remastering, with a practically perfect adaptation for the Super Nintendo, the levels of this title were a little more complicated, they represented a quite entertaining challenge, in short, it was almost impossible to get bored of this compilation pack.
Por otra parte, estaba Super Mario Bros. The lost Levels, una versión también bastante popular que al igual que Super Mario Bros. tenía una remasterización muy similar, con una adaptación practicamente perfecta para la Super Nintendo, los niveles de este título eran un poco más complicados, representaban un reto bastante entretenido, en pocas palabras, era casi imposible aburrirse de este pack recopilatorio.
Finally we had the star game of the compilation, the great Super Mario World, a title practically new to the release of Super Mario All Stars + Super Mario World, even this game was one of the inspirations to create the compilation, Super Mario World contains everything necessary and desired by any gamer of the time, a game from my point of view, without object of negative criticism, but rather a game that enhanced its elegance with some very slight improvements to justify more strongly its inclusion in this pack. All the games that were included in this special edition, had a very fresh, renewed look, which only generated a huge desire to play.
Finalmente teníamos al juego estrella del recopilatorio, el gran Super Mario World, un título prácticamente nuevo al estreno de Super Mario All Stars + Super Mario World, incluso este jueog era una de las inspiraciones para crear el recopilatorio, Super Mario World contiene todo lo necesario y deseado por cualquier gamer de la época, un juego desde mi punto de vista, sin objeto de críticas negativas, sino más bien un juego que realzó su elegancia con algunas muy leves mejoras para justificar con más fuerza su inclusión dentro de este pack. Todos los juegos que iban incluidos en esta edición especial, tenían un aspecto muy fresco, renovado, que solo generaban enormes deseos de jugar.
In short, Super Mario All Stars + Super Mario World became one of the strongest packs in history, managing to do what no other game had achieved, improve their previous versions, looking for the closest to perfection and offer a representation of what would be a very difficult to overcome quality standard for its time, this was just a sample of the history that Nintendo was writing for us, and in turn, making us part of that great moment, an unforgettable era that gave us maginificent things like this.
En resumidas cuentas, Super Mario All Stars + Super Mario World se convirtió en uno de los packs más fuertes de la historia, logrando hacer lo que ningún otro juego había logrado, mejorar sus anteriores versiones, buscar lo más cercano a la perfección y ofrecer una representación de lo que para su momento sería un estandar de calidad muy dificil de superar, esto solo era una muestra de la historia que nintendo estaba escribiendo para nosotros, y a su vez, haciendonos parte de ese gran momento, una época inolvidable que nos regaló cosas maginificas como esta.
