¡Saludos mi gente! ha llegado el momento de recordar un poco de la infancia y aunque los juegos de SNES no son precisamente de mi época, los jugué bastante en mi infancia emulados en un PC, así que hoy decidí revivir esta experiencia y contar un poco como me va con esto, comenzaremos con F-Zero y aca mi gameplay ¡lets go!
The time has come to remember a bit of childhood and although the SNES games are not exactly from my time, I played them a lot in my childhood emulated on a PC, so today I decided to relive this experience and tell a little about how it goes with me, we will start with F-Zero and here is my gameplay, lets go!
Hablarles de F-Zero es como hablarles de los inicios de mi fanatismo hacia los juegos de carrera, recuerdo que competía constantemente con mis hermanos y era super emocionante, evidentemente como eran las pistas ni nada de la jugabilidad, pero las sensaciones si y tenia un montón de ganas de jugarlo.
Talking about F-Zero is like talking about the beginnings of my fanaticism towards racing games, I remember that I constantly competed with my brothers and it was super exciting, obviously how were the tracks or anything about the gameplay, but the sensations yes and I had a I really want to play it.
Mi primera impresión es que el control es bastante impreciso, sin embargo fue hacer una o dos vueltas y ya me había acostumbrado, no es tan incomodo como parece es cuestión de jugar un ratito y ya coges el ritmo, si bien es tosco, no quiere decir que sea incontrolable, forma parte de las limitaciones de la época supongo.
My first impression is that the control is quite imprecise, however it was to do one or two laps and I had already gotten used to it, it is not as uncomfortable as it seems it is a matter of playing for a while and you get the rhythm, although it is rough, it does not want to say that it is uncontrollable, is part of the limitations of the time I suppose.
Mientras jugaba iba descubriendo cosas, como que para cruzar no puedes acelerar porque derrapas mucho, que pasar por unas lineas fucsia te sanaba y que el juego es sumamente DIFÍCIL, no se que tan bueno era en el pasado pero acá me sentía bastante inútil, los tiempo de los contrincantes en nivel medio son sumamente complicados de superar, de hecho mi mejor posición en medio fue 3er lugar, es increíble.
While I was playing I was discovering things, like that you can't speed up to cross because you skid a lot, that going through some fuchsia lines healed you and that the game is extremely DIFFICULT, I don't know how good it was in the past but here I felt quite useless, the time of the opponents in the medium level are extremely difficult to overcome, in fact my best position in the medium level was 3rd place, it is incredible.
Y aunque todo me parecía genial, si había algo muy frustrante y es el trafico, durante las carreras aparecen carros que no están compitiendo realmente pero estorban demasiado y las colisiones están muy mal hechas, al ser un juego tan complicado cualquier choque significa perder posiciones y es re complicado no chocar con la errante IA del trafico, es la única cosa que no me gusto, aun así no es algo por lo que dropear el juego, hay que jugar y jugar hasta pasarlo.
And although everything seemed great to me, if there was something very frustrating and that is the traffic, during the races there are cars that are not really competing but they get in the way too much and the collisions are very poorly done, being such a complicated game any crash means losing positions and it's really difficult not to collide with the errant traffic AI, it's the only thing I didn't like, even so it's not something to drop the game for, you have to play and play until you pass it.
Como conclusión puedo decir que fue una experiencia muy frustrante pero de manera positiva, porque solo tengo ganas de seguir jugando y ganar las carreras para descubrir mas circuitos, este juego que forma parte de la historia gaming vale mucho la pena de probar y vivir lo que son los inicios de estos juegos "3D" en las consolas, definitivamente jugare mas juegos retros los próximos días, así que nos vemos en una siguiente entrega, gracias por leer o/!
In conclusion I can say that it was a very frustrating experience but in a positive way, because I just want to continue playing and win the races to discover more circuits, this game that is part of gaming history is worth trying and living what It's the beginning of these "3D" games on consoles, I'll definitely be playing more retro games in the next few days, so see you in the next installment, thanks for reading o/!
