Adjusting the way I write my game reviews and a few things to come.

So I have noticed my reviews can get a bit all over the place when trying to make a point, and I think sometimes my intent gets lost in there a bit. Also, we have the soon-to-come Twitter Blue Re-launch that allows for longer form posts, but the 1000 Character limit itself isn't going to be conducive for a good-sized review. So, here is what I will do doing forward, starting with my coming Sonic Frontiers review on the switch.

My Reviews Will be Broken up into Bullet Points I will expand on.

This way each segment of my review will be broken up into concise points I will expand on in that paragraph. I'm not going to do a 'Story' or 'Gameplay' as their own section, as something like Sonic has many different aspects to Gameplay, each of which I think should be addressed on their own. Something similar will likely happen concerning the story, how many points will vary game by game.

The First Bullet Point will always be a general description Link to PeakD

I do not intend to stop posting or linking to my main blog here on Peak, and that link will always exist in the first Bullet Point of the long-form Twitter posts once those are an option. This will mean that PeakD will still be the initial posting of any of my reviews. The format will effectively be the same as you are seeing me use in this post, with a variety

In 2023, I will be attempting to revive an old show I did as The Monarchs Tribunal

So I use to do a show called 'Illuminated Discussions' where I invited guests with a different view than mine and live-streamed the discussion. Typical this was in regards to a game one of us liked and the other didn't, I did a couple of end-of-year wrap-ups, and a couple of topics such as 'Should Nintendo go third-party.' Real-life obligations stopped that from happening, but with my new work schedule, the time I have to do this has increased and is a lot easier to work with in terms of scheduling. That said, I am not much for Live streaming and prefer my interactions pre-recorded so I don't need to worry about following a chat while I'm mid discussing, it is not a strong suit, so it will be handled like The Adventures of The Monk and The Monarch with some minor editing.

Hoping soon to get some more proper Title Cards

So far I have been using a generic title card I created for The Adventures of The Monk and The Monarch, but I am working with an artist now to first create an OC to use as a bit of an Avatar, and then create title cards for both the monthly show and then one for The Monarchs Tribunal. My Artist has ended up incapacitated, so it's taking a bit longer than I would have liked, but in the coming months I hope to have all of this ready to go.

About posting both on Twitter Blue and PeakD

So, I hope that my new formatting of reviews will work out well. It should benefit both my writing here on PeakD, as well as working within the upcoming Twitter Blue long-form tweet format. As much as I would be okay sticking purely with PeakD, the Hive Blockchain has done me well all this time, I do need to accept sticking purely here I am limiting my audience purely to people willing to stick around on a Blockchain, which inherently isn't something most people are interested in now, nor will be for a long time to come. At least not enough to give me substantial growth. As mentioned before, I'll be posting here first as normal, but expansion will be necessary long term.

So thanks for reading through the ramblings and my plans, let's hope my new ideas will pay off.
