Christmas event
The dCrops team wishes you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
The much anticipated Cropsmas event is now live. This event will run for 33 days.
dCROPS BETA Packs will have a 15% discount throughout the event!
How to Participate?
There are 2 new additions to this event as opposed to the one we held for Halloween last October - The Nice List and An Xmas Raffle.
The Nice List
As it turns out, everyone has been naughty this year! Santa is upset but you can buy your way into his good books by paying him 5000 CROP. Being in the list means you can receive presents from other players. You can send presents to 3 random players from the nice list every day.
Players may also buy and send more presents than the 3 daily presents. Sending additional presents give you 1 point towards the raffle.
The Xmas Raffle
A raffle will be conducted once the event ends for the following prizes:
You earn points by sending presents to other players and by adding dcrops cards to the event wallet. Sending the daily presents you get from being on the nice list does not count towards the raffle.
The number of points you get by adding cards to the event wallet will be released in a later post when the event shop is opened.
Similar to the halloween event, you can get candy canes by playing the game. Certain in-game actions have a 75% chance to give you some candy. The amount of candy that you get depends on the game interaction as follows:
When opening presents you can get any of the following items:
1-50 CROP(30%)
1 Golden Ticket(20%)
1 Random NFT from dcrops.events collection(25%)*
1 Sponsor Prize(25%)
Most of the packs during our halloween event were left unclaimed. These packs will be opened and their cards will be added to the event collection. As other players add cards into the event collection to get points for the raffle, the collection will increase.
Once all the sponsor prizes have been claimed and there are no cards left in the event collection, the rewards when opening presents will have a 20% chance to get a golden ticket and an 80% chance to get 1-50 CROP tokens.

Event Exclusives
We have 2 event exclusive NFTs this time around.
1. Xmas Tree
It is a tree seed NFT which bears fruit(?) during the winter season. It produces 5 presents, which sell for 25 Shares in the game. Similar to other tree seeds, it also needs 1 Legendary Plot to be planted.
There are a total of 75 Xmas Tree NFTs that can be claimed throughout the event, 50 from the shop and 25 from the raffle.
A player can only claim a maximum of 2 Xmas Trees from the event shop.
2. Gingerbread Cookies
This is a recipe NFT that requires 1 Flour, 1 Sugar and 1 Ginger to cook. It has a recipe bonus of 20 and is cooked in 24 hours. Other stats of this recipe are as follows:
Bonus Increase Per Proficiency Level: 10%
Time Reduced Per Proficiency Level: 2.5%
NFTs required to unlock max proficiency: 3
A player can only claim a maximum of 4 Gingerbread Cookies from the event shop.
Writing Contest
We are also planning a writing contest during the Cropsmas event. The details of this contest will be revealed once the event shop is opened.
