Para la mezcla: - 75 gramos de azúcar - 170 gramos de leche líquida - 09 gramos de levadura instantánea - 300 gramos de harina de trigo - la ralladura de medio limón - 02 yemas de huevo - 72 gramos de margarina - 100 gramos de gotas de chocolate - 1/4 cucharadita de sal fina - 1/2 cucharada de vainilla - 1/2 cucharadita de esencia de almendras - 80 gramos de pasas (complemento) Complemento: - 50 gramos de uvas pasas rubias - 30 gramos de ciruelas pasas - 20 gramos de ron añejo

Lo primero que haremos es preparar el complemento de pasas, las pesamos y añadimos el ron añejo y las dejamos hidratar hasta absorber el ron totalmente >The first thing to do is to prepare the raisins, weigh them and add the aged rum and let them hydrate until the rum is completely absorbed.
