"Flor sin retoño" - VIBES WEB3 Music Competition Week 7 / Cover by @dinaaczib

One of the things I love about participating in this competition is that I get to sing the songs that I like and love the most. "Flor sin retoño" is a poem in itself, it is enough to listen to a couple of verses to realize that the composer was very inspired at the time of writing it. This song was written back in the 50's and still retains the essence of its message, I think this lies in the fact that if we do things with little interest, we will get little in return.

I used the track of a version made by the Colombian singer Charlie Zaa, but originally the song is performed by the Mexican singer Pedro Infante, I did this because the latter's version is very old and has poor quality, besides, I think that the one I used suits my voice type better. The genre of this song is bolero, one that is very famous in lationaemérica and is one of my favorites since the lyrics are usually beautiful.

Regarding my presentation, I considered the little time you have available with so many things to do on a daily basis and decided to make a short version since the second part of the song is exactly the same as the first one, so I saw no need to repeat the lyrics to complete it. Believe me you will hear the most important and beautiful part of this beautiful song.

I hope that my participation in week 7 of the Vibes Web3 Music Competition will be to everyone's liking, best regards!
