¡Feliz inicio de semana, ya comenzando el mes de noviembre estimados amigos!. Hoy con una receta muy sabrosa para un desayuno completo. Las tortillas me gustan mucho, la combinación del tomate con el queso y carne de pernil que hice días atrás, hacen de esta receta algo sublime, una deliciosa tortilla con pocos ingredientes.
