Years ago I worked with fellow for about a year and we became good friends. He had grown up in Trinidad and Tobago before he immigrated to the US for education reasons. He is a hilarious guy and loves to answer affirmative questions with "yah mon! We still keep in touch but being a smart guy he move to Florida for the weather!
He knew I was a coin guy and he brought me back this coin when he went home to visit his family. I was ecstatic because Trinidad and Tobago were a couple of the islands I never had a chance to visit when I used to live in the Caribbean. This coins was only produced for a few years by The Franklin Mint so they really aren't all that common. It's a really cool coin though, have a look!

The Franklin mint produced some really cool commemorative coins back in the seventies. This is definitely one of the favorite coins I have been gifted over the years.
