WOO crates are on their way!

Hello everyone, today another article about WOO, as we recently had an official update of @woo-marketing announcing that the WOO crates are upon us (apparently this means they will soon be airdropped, not that they are already airdropped.)

For those of you who don't know what WOO crates are, I'll give a brief explanation. When you bought WOOPARTSUN packs, the 'land' of WOO, in July, you were eligible to receive points and if you had enough points, you would receive common or legendary crates for purchasing those cities. Personally I wasn't able to purchase enough cities at that time as I didn't have liquid funds. I think it's a pity that I didn't do so as I believe those crates, especially the legendary ones will have quite some value!

If you forgot what could be inside those crates, here's an overview:

Common WOO Crates:

Small to medium amount of WOObucks
Small to medium amount of $WOO tokens
Alternate skin for common manager
Alternate entrance music for common to rare wrestlers

Legendary WOO Crates:

Medium to large amount of WOObucks

For those of you wondering: WTF is Terri Runnels? Well, she'a partner of WOO, like they have already partnerships with Perry Saturn, Raven and Sonny Onnoo for example. There will be 596 silver belt Terri Runnels and 4 gold belt Terri Runnels. If the previous partnered promo cards are an indication, than I believe she will be quite powerfull in the upcoming game. So if you didn't manage to get your hands on Terri Runnels, than prepare to buy some (legendary) crates!

What is WOO?

WOO, aka Wrestling Organization Online is an upcoming play2earn game on the Hive blockchain about wrestling. They aim to bring back territory wrestling, where the wrestlers are tradeable nft's. The launch for the game is aimed to be in Q3 of 2023. To be able to launch, they already sold out 60k WOOalpha packs through various sales through 2022. Their WOOAlpha general sale sold out in 99seconds! Besides the wrestlers and managers which could been found in the card packs, they also need cities (often called land plots, but in WOO, we talk about cities).
