(RP) Our VILLAGE carpenter, @noctury, asked us to accompany him into the forest last week to mark trees that could be cut down to provide him with materials for his activities.
Now it's time to help him chop down some trees so he can cut them into beams.
He needs them badly, because our houses are fragile, exposed to the elements and often in need of repair.
It's a good opportunity to get out and enjoy our bountiful natural surroundings, and Samba, my golden retriever, is shaking with anticipation.
