(RP) Today we're back to simple activities in LE VILLAGE.
Our gatherer @melinda010100 has told us that it's a good time to pick raspberries, which are abundant in our gardens.
And our innkeeper is very interested in replenishing his jam stock, so he'll be rewarding us with raspberry tarts that he's got the secret to.
It's my favorite tart, and he calls it the Linzer tart, recognizable by the latticework of dough on top of the jam. The recipe is very old and comes from a faraway country, Austria, and I think you're going to love it.
That's motivation enough, and we're all off to pick today.
But before you grab your baskets, I'm going to ask you to take part in a little competition.
How many jars of jam do you think our innkeeper will be able to make with our picking?

(RP) Aujourd'hui nous retournons à des activités simples dans LE VILLAGE.

Notre cueilleuse @melinda010100 nous a fait constater que c'est le bon moment pour ramasser les framboises qui sont présentes à profusion dans nos jardins.
Et notre aubergiste est très intéressé pour refaire son stock de confiture, il nous récompensera par des tartes à la framboise dont il a le secret.
C'est ma tarte préférée, il appelle ça la Linzer tarte, elle est reconnaissable aux croisillons de pate posés sur la confiture. La recette est très ancienne et vient d'un lointain pays, l'Autriche, vous allez adorer je pense.
Voilà une belle motivation et nous partons tous pour la cueillette aujourd'hui.
