REBELLION: LURKING PUFFER combat ability in Splinterlands

Hello, how are you doing? May you live a long and healthy life. In this post, I'll answer the Splinterlands weekly challenge by talking about one of the Rebellion cards. Splinterlands' newest card series is the Rebellion series. There is still a lot of information to be gleaned from this deck of cards. because there are several new skills to learn, as well as combinations of their use with old cards.

We'll talk about the Rebellion series cards in this post. Of course, players need to be aware of the advantages that each card offers. This is very useful for putting tactics into action in battle.

We'll talk about the card LURKING PUFFER. This card belongs to the common rarity rebellion series. This card has one major benefit, and that is that it only requires two Mana points. So it is ideal for use in any kind of battle. There is no attack power on this card. However, that is not a disadvantage because the LURKING PUFFER card is excellent when used in conjunction with a card that has weapon training abilities.

We talk about the abilities that this card possesses. LURKING PUFFER is designed as a tank, with 5 health points at the start of the level. With that kind of status, the first skill you'll learn is a corrosive ward. This skill deals 2 points of damage to the enemy's shield. Meanwhile, when you reach level 5, you will gain an additional skill, silence, which reduces the enemy's magical attack power by one point. The poison skill, which is obtained after reaching level 10, is the final one.

So, how should you use this card? On this occasion, we will also demonstrate how LURKING PUFFER behaves in battle. The strategy I use here is to combine the low mana points of LURKING PUFFER with the ability of monsters with weapon training skills.

In this battle, I faced a formidable foe named ZYRIEL. It's clear from the enemy's battle record. That's why I devised a strategy based on the martyr monsters surrounding QUORA TOWERSHEAD. In this battle, my spearhead is QUORA TOWERSHEAD, who is supported by healing monsters. However, I must ensure that the back of my combat team does not become porous. As a result, I needed to build a strong fort behind the combat team formation.

The combat formation I chose is as follows. FUNGUS FLINGER, who has martyr ability, is in the lead. The goal is to double the statistics of QUORA TOWERSHEAD. PSYICHIC GOBLIN, with its healing abilities, comes next. Meanwhile, with 10 mana points left, I used AVA THE UNDAUNTED, who has weapon training, to assist LURKING PUFFER on the back. The placement of LURKING PUFFER also serves as a deterrent to enemy sneak monsters. Monsters that attack him and have a shield bonus will take less damage.

The enemy formation was intimidating. ZYRIEL's arrow attacks and amplifying skills and weapon training. CURSED WINDEKU with the thorn ability is on the front lines as a tank. At the rear of the battle formation, DHAMPIR STALKER and REVEALER also stand guard.

I was able to reduce the speed points of all of my opponent's monsters in round one. The enemy, on the other hand, loses 1 point of health and 1 point of magic attack. However, AVA THE UNDAUNTED's skill grants LURKING PUFFER 3 arrow attack points.

The opposing party's attack on the FLINGER FUNCTION raises the statistics of QUORA TOWERSHEAD. Because of this status boost, QUORA's speed allowed him to avoid arrow attacks from ZYRIEL and CHAOS ANIMATOR.

QUORA TOWERSHEAD's strength continues to grow in the second round. The most dangerous threat, however, is REVEALER's stun ability. So, will QUORA be able to overcome this crisis?

QUORA continued to strafe the opponent's monsters in round 3. LURKING PUFFER's 3-point arrow attacks can also be used to quickly finish off opponents.
