If i could remember correctly its been almost a month and few weeks now that i have been to the gym. And i can feel it deep within my bone that i need to get back into the groove again. But thats not even what bothers me, what does is the fact that i dont want to ever miss my workout session anymore.

If i could go a year without having a day off, i wonder how in shape i would be. But this is no easy fit for just anyone.

This is for people above average

In the world we live in today being average is no longer a good spot to stay in to survive. An average middle class human of today can no longer survive on his work alone. He now has to take loans and work multiple jobs and side jobs with his main job just to get by and be a provider for his family. This is what average does nowadays. And day by day it keeps getting harder for the averages.

I feel like I'm at point where I've got to separate myself from mediocre and average work to be focused on becoming an exceptional being. Working out for a few weeks and taking another week off is what an average lazy dude would do. While the real men never miss workout for anything.

I have a brother who has been working out consistently for about two years now without taking any time off. This is the next stage that i feel i need to push myself to if i am to turn thing around with my fitness journey. And in general my lifestyle and daily routine.

Life is a joueney, and so is everything that revolves around daily living. You don't just get fit, smart or become an expert in anything without putting in the work. And not just mediocre work, but working relentlessly towards a certain goal.

This is the best way to push yourself above average.

It's said that many people are out of shape in many countries. The issue of being out of shape is something that has been debated for many decades but recently it has become even more evident that obese people are much more suspectable to being depressed than their other mates who are eating healthy and working out consistently.

I believe there's a whole lot that is tied to physical fitness that we neglect today. If youre not in great shape then you're always going to accept every problem as a disease that drugs only could cure when all you need is to heal yourself and become better and extraordinary that no problem is impossible to you.

Being exceptional looks impossible but it worth giving a try because you have nothing to lose except excess and extra fat thats probably not beneficial to you.
