FreeCompliments Fitness Friday Challenge

Hello Everyone! I have taken FreeCompliments Fitness Challenge to new heights, I have not just exceeded the normal 10 squats a day with daily addition of 10 but soared to completing a remarkable 100 one leg squats every day.

Being a regular excerciser, this challenge was easy and fun for me. So adding one leg squats was a wise option, making it more challenging.
