Protein Scramble (High Protein+Low Carb)

Ingredients
3 eggs
9 egg whites
1 chicken sausage
Avocado salsa

Instructions
Cut sausage and put into a skillet to brown. Beat eggs and egg whites.

When sausage is browned, spray the skillet with oil and add eggs to the skillet. Stir all ingredients often until eggs are cooked.

Put on a plate and top with avocado salsa.
