TEACHER, FLOWERS AND SWEET HONEY 🍯🍯🍯🍯💗💗💗💗

A student asked his teacher:

Dear teacher! In your period we understand well, enjoy what you say and therefore look forward to your period.

But

When we read a book, we don't get the pleasure that you get in your period.

The teacher said: How does a bee make honey?

A student answered: From the juice of flowers.

The teacher asked: If you eat the flowers as they are, how will they taste?

The student replied: It will be bitter!

The teacher said: O my son! The field of teaching and learning is also like the work of a bee. Like a bee, the teacher visits millions of flowers (books, experiments, observations) and then lays before his students the juice of these flowers in the form of sweet honey (abstract).

May Allah protect everyone who is related to this work of prophets.

Peace be upon all our teachers and students.

One aspect of this story is that if a teacher feels that my teaching is not sweet like honey, i.e. the students are not interested, then there can be two reasons:

The first reason is that this teacher did not visit the flower like a bee. That is, relied on only one book for preparation.

Second, like a bee, instead of extracting the juice of flowers and making honey, this teacher brought bitter flowers in front of the students. In other words, he told the students the same as it was read in the book.

If it includes examples according to the students' minds, helps with blackboard or other teaching aids, chooses appropriate activities, the result of this labor will be sweet honey.

The work of a teacher is as hard and tiring as the work of a bee. But the result is also delicious and sweet like honey.
