Many young people complain of pain in different parts of the body, especially in the legs and back. If a person does not have any disease and still complains of pain in the body, one of the reasons for this is sitting all the time and not doing any physical activity.

Today's man spends most of his time with his mobile and hardly has time to exercise or walk. When a person exercises or walks, the blood circulation in his body is better and he stays fit and happy.

Therefore, if you also have body pain, lethargy or mental stress without any disease, then make daily exercise your routine. If you can't exercise on any day, do at least a forty-five minute walk. Reduce your screen time. Needless to say, stop using mobile just to pass the time as it is also a major cause of stress and headaches. Exercising and walking will keep your body and mind healthy and calm and will also relieve depression.
