Last month, we introduced the Monthly Threads Engagement Contest for the FreeCompliments Community, with an opportunity to win multiple months of Premium subscriptions if the #freecompliments tag (when used on quality content) remained trending at the top of Threads for the entire month!
No Winner for the Month of April
Unfortunately, the first month of this contest did not produce a winner, as the tag fell below the 3rd spot for more than half of the month. However, this was only the very first month. Let’s give this another go – and this time, we’re starting off with an advantage of the tag already being within the top 3-4!
Just remember that we have to maintain the tag in the top 3 the entire month in order for there to be a winner. Keeping it in the top 2 or the very top position will yield even greater prizes for more people!
Also remember that the goal is quality content with as little repetition as possible. We want to elevate Threads to be a truly excellent microblogging platform.
A Recap of the Prizes
Here’s how we’re going to organize the prizes:
If the tag remains within the top 3 for the entire month, then the top engager will win a 1 month Leo Premium subscription.
If the tag remains within the top 2 for the entire month and there are at least 50 tags, then the top engager will win 2 months of Leo Premium subscriptions, and the 2nd top engager will win a 1 month Leo Premium subscription.
If the tag remains as the #1 tag for the entire month, and there are at least 100 tags, then the top engager will win 3 months of Leo Premium subscriptions, the 2nd top engager will win 2 months of Leo Premium subscriptions, and the 3rd top engager will win a 1 month Leo Premium subscription.
