Preparar una dieta balanceada que aporte los nutrientes y vitaminas a la familia, no necesariamente requiere grandes preparaciones o largos procesos, en ocasiones los pequeños detalles hacen la diferencia, regularmente preparo la carne guisada o en salsas, pero por motivos de tiempo y para variar decidí preparar unas croquetas a las que agregué zanahoria, siempre trato de incluir la mayor cantidad de vegetales en cada comida por su valor nutritivo y aporte de vitaminas.
Preparing a balanced diet that provides nutrients and vitamins to the family, does not necessarily require large preparations or long processes, sometimes small details make the difference, I regularly prepare meat stewed or in sauces, but for reasons of time and for a change I decided to prepare some croquettes to which I added carrots, I always try to include as many vegetables in each meal for its nutritional value and vitamin intake.

Organizados los ingredientes, inicié lavando el arroz, luego llevé a la estufa, agregué sal al gusto, tres (3) tazas de agua una (1) cuchara de aceite y dejé en cocción durante (quince) 15 minutos a fuego medio retiré y reservé.
Once the ingredients were organized, I started by washing the rice, then I took it to the stove, added salt to taste, three (3) cups of water, one (1) tablespoon of oil and let it cook for fifteen (15) minutes over medium heat, removed and set aside.
Con agua y vinagre, lavé los vegetales retiré, las conchas semillas y corté en cubos pequeños; la zanahoria la rallé porque así es más fácil integrarla con la carne.

Dividí la mezcla en tres (3) porciones, aplané y formé las croquetas, las llevé a la sartén con aceite caliente y cociné durante un (1) minuto por ambos lados para sellar, luego dehé en cocción por diez (10) minutos, hasta dorar por ambos lados.
I divided the mixture into three (3) portions, flattened and formed the croquettes, took them to the frying pan with hot oil and cooked for one (1) minute on both sides to seal, then cooked for ten (10) minutes, until golden brown on both sides.
Cocidos los alimentos serví y decoré con tiras de zanahoria, así está terminado un delicioso y nutritivo almuerzo para compartir en familia.
