Hello, dear community of womentribe, it is a pleasure to participate again in a new initiative for our great beautiful family in the column of a woman's diary and although it has become a little complicated for me to publish more often it is never too late to talk to you about any topic, however most people, at some point in their lives, need to take an emotional step to show that they have the strength and motivation to move forward and this is where I come to live with you because we live in a world that constantly changes, competes, moves at high speed and creates whirlwinds that are often unsustainable. In this world, old talent cannot keep their jobs and new companies will not hire them because they consider them old.
Now, in today's world, qualifications are more important than skills or abilities and the candidate selection process is often confusing and unsettling. In this world, very few people make a living and many suffer for it and I am no exception. Therefore, the whole world, even in cartoon form, shows us a part of the reality in which we live. No, we can immediately change the way the world works. But we can change ourselves, our attitude and our way of life, because we have one of the most powerful tools at our disposal, but many times we do not use it.
It should be noted that how we think and act plays an important role in how we live our lives, set our goals and achieve them.
So, if we have these tools, why don't we use them? Of course, we spend years learning and acquiring knowledge, but much of our time is spent on the emotional side. Knowing our emotions, managing them and repeating them when necessary is fundamental to managing the personal and professional life we want to live. Because working from an emotional perspective changes the way you see life and everything around you. Understanding, controlling and improving all your emotions will definitely change your life. You can only get new good habits if you can develop them. When we are overwhelmed by negative thoughts ( we lost our job, we can't find another one, or we can't cope with a new project we have been assigned), we feel meaningless and purposeless. It leads us in the wrong direction, our thoughts and what we attract.

Well honestly when you have something and you turn it into something productive, it changes the way you look at everything in life. The same is true for everything we encounter along the way. It all depends on how we see it and whether we see it as good or bad on an emotional level. Self-empowerment is about giving yourself the strength and positivity to deal with a situation. Because it's the right thing for us, because we deserve it, and because as Dory said, "Just keep swimming," "Just swim, just swim".
Finally please find the mantra of self-reflection and set goals, develop new habits, try to see the positive in everything, learn from mistakes, develop new skills, get out of your comfort zone. And most importantly, always expect the unexpected. Not everything will be perfect, unexpected things will happen and accidents will occur along the way, but the goal is clear. Move forward in your life's journey. Educate yourself, learn, adapt and advance. Let your emotions rule your life.
