An organization exist a number of people coming together for a special goal. This people forms themselves on various departments and each department having their specific goals and objectives.

What makes an organization a cobweb of achievement?

An organization is a cobweb of achievement because an organization is made up of differents sectors, units and department working together for the broader set goals of the organization.

The connectivity among this various departments empowers the relationship that exists among them.

What are the various departments in an organization?

An organization is not made of one units, they are made up of different bodies , working interchangeably, and these bodies includes:

Purchasing unit: these are the body incharged of buying of raw materials for the organization, they purchased this raw materials and they also safeguard them, keep it in a good condition, and make it available when needed.

The purchasing department, make sure that all the overhead and carrying costs incur in purchasing the raw materials does not exceed the initial cost of goods and services.

Maintenance Unit: These are the department In charge of making sure that all machines are we clean, servicing and repair, they play a role of making sure that the will exist no breakdown in production, that is why they need to work ahead of time and get all machines and equipments ckean, ready an well service.

Marketing Department: If an organization exist without a well marketing plan, such firms is steering the wheel to fail, marketing unit plays a very big important roles in the organization, it is through the marketing team that product price are Communicated, it is through them that the companies products are known, the marketing team also served as a feedback to the firm in communicating what is the actual customers desires to the firm.

They make sure that consumers and customers are Satisfied at all costs and also keep the law of consumerism.

Sale's department: in days back, sales department and Marketing department were both merged together, now, one has begin to see that the both exist some slight difference, while the marketing department are in charged if Marketing, the sales department are in charge of offering companies products for sales.
Then keep records of the product that are sold.

Finance unit: This is one of the most valuable body in an organization, "blood is to Humans body while finance is to Business".

Financial activities is needed in all areas of business practice, without finance, nothing will work, finance department sign out the funds needed in buying of goods, paying of salaries and maintenance of equipment.

Yet, None of the departments exist in a vacuum, they work and relate with another.
They may Have difference objectives, roles and duties but they gear towards the overall goals of the organization.
