I agree with the work on the 2nd layer for dapps.
A lacking of a better interface is slowing our development.
A lot of your "modular" hivemind goals sounds a lot like the project we are working on because of a lack of this.
This will be necessary to grow dapps.
I would also like to bring up the point once again.
All the 2nd layer dapps are great but if the core blockchain only pays out on Blogging.
It will be hard to attract other types of dapps.
We still have to use a voting bot to reward our game players because of this.
