It's a pretty brutal rifle to fire although the experience varies greatly dependant on the weapon-system being fired, hand held or mounted. Mostly it provides a very powerful kick to the shoulder that could be described as unpleasant. Although, the overall feeling of this calibre is very enjoyable. It's much like any large-calibre rifle, just more punch.
