Hello to everyone,
How much of the education and training needs of our students studying in primary and secondary schools do we meet today? We are constantly faced with changes in education such as reading, writing, communication skills and problem solving, which are basic learning needs. Including developing countries, the number of students in education has increased and school capacities have also increased.
Our School is a primary school institution consisting of 16 classrooms. There are a total of 35 teachers in our school. In our school, where each classroom has four branches, we aim to make it a principle to raise conscious students with result-oriented solutions by adopting a renewed education approach.
I want to share a little memory with you. I was going to the 2nd grade of secondary school. According to current education, it is 6th grade. Our Turkish teacher said that as a composition topic, talk about the importance of someone you love in your life. I talked about my mother in those years. Actually, our teacher wanted to hold a competition on this subject. He would choose his three most popular articles and give them a gift each. We, the students, learned that this was a competition, thanks to the gifts given to us. My teacher gave me a chess set as a gift those years. I was in the top three. My Turkish teacher, who read my article, told me this.
_ No matter who he is, a person cannot give a personality that he does not have to the other party. I always wanted there to be mothers and fathers who could raise children who could set an example for others with their behavior. When our teacher saw what we wrote, it made him very happy. It was a big surprise for us too.
Thanks to academically knowledgeable and successful educators, we expect students to be successful in their social and cultural lives by using technology in the best way possible.
Education of education; To follow scientific and cultural developments as a country by educating young new generations who can be beneficial to society in the best way possible. When we look at our world, we observe that new technological developments and scientific research are constantly being carried out. This situation inevitably makes education more important.
It is certain that we need new qualified young minds for the society to develop and develop. Regardless of age, it is more important who receives this education, with what knowledge and under what conditions, than where and how it is carried out. Additionally, education should be remembered as a lifelong process.
I'm all for letting kids behave the way they often do. I think this is directly proportional to accepting the problems he faces and exploring his feelings. This is very important so that he can say what is on his mind. See you again, stay with love.

Günümüzde, ilkokul ve ilköğretim okullarında öğrenim gören öğrencilerimizin, eğitim ve öğretim ihtiyaçlarının ne kadarını karşılıyoruz? Temel öğrenme gereksinimleri olan okuma, yazma, iletişim becerisi ve problem çözme gibi eğitimler konusunda sürekli değişikliklerle karşılaşıyoruz. Gelişmekte olan ülkeler dahil, eğitimde öğrenci sayıları gitti de artmış ve okul kapasiteleri de çoğalmıştır.
Bizim Okulumuz 16 derslikten oluşan bir ilkokul kurumudur. Okulumuzda toplam 35 öğretmen vardır. Her sınıfın dört şubesi olduğu okulumuzda, yenilenmiş eğitim anlayışını benimseyerek, sonuç odaklı çözümlerle bilinçli öğrenciler yetiştirmeyi prensip haline getirmeyi amaçlıyoruz.
Küçük bir anımı sizlerle paylaşmak istiyorum. Ortaokul 2. sınıfa gidiyordum. Şimdiki eğitime göre 6. sınıf oluyor. Türkçe öğretmenimiz, kompozisyon konusu olarak, sevdiğiniz birinin sizin için hayatınızdaki öneminden bahsedin demişti. Ben o yıllarda annemden bahsetmiştim. Aslında bu konu ile öğretmenimiz bir yarışma yapmak istemişti. En sevilen üç yazısı seçerek, onlara birer hediye verecekti. Biz öğrenciler bunun bir yarışma olduğunu, bize verilen hediyeler sayesinde öğrenmiştik. Öğretmenim bana o yıllarda satranç takımı hediye etmişti. İlk üçe girmiştim. Yazımı okuyan Türkçe öğretmenim bana şunu söylemişti.
_ Kim olursa olsun, bir kişi kendinde olmayan bir kişiliği karşı tarafa veremez. Her zaman davranışlarıyla başkalarına da örnek olabilecek çocuk yetiştirebilen anne ve babaların olmasını istedim. Bu yazdıklarımızla, öğretmenimizin bunları görmesi, Onu çok mutlu etmişti. Bize de büyük bir sürpriz olmuştu.
Akademik anlamda bilgili ve başarılı olan eğitimcilerin sayesinde, teknolojiyi de en iyi şekilde kullanarak, öğrencilerin sosyal ve kültürel hayatlarında başarılı olmalarını ön görüyoruz.
Eğitimin eğitimi; Topluma faydalı olabilecek, genç yeni nesil kuşakları en iyi şekilde eğiterek, ülke olarak bilimsel ve kültürel gelişmelerin takibini gerçekleştirmektir. Dünyamıza baktığımızda sürekli yeni teknolojik gelişmeler ve bilimsel araştırmalar yapıldığını gözlemliyoruz. Bu durum ister istemez eğitimi daha önemli hale getirmektedir.
Toplumun kalkınabilmesi ve gelişebilmesi için kalifiye yeni genç beyinlere ihtiyacımız olduğu kesindir. Eğitiminde yaş fark etmeksizin, nerede ve nasıl yapıldığından çok, bu eğitimi kimlerin hangi bilgilerle hangi koşullarda yapıldığı önemlidir. Ayrıca eğitim, bir ömür boyu devam eden bir süreç olarak hafızalara kazanılmalıdır.
Ben, çocuklara çoğu kez olduğu gibi davranmalarına izin verilmesi taraftarıyım. Bu durum karşılaştığı sorunları kabul etmekle ve duygularını keşfetmekle doğru orantılı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Aklından geçenleri söyleyebilmesi için de bu çok önemlidir. Tekrar görüşmek üzere, sevgiyle kalın.
