Morning arises, seen through
Eyes still blurred with sleep,
Trees set afire as the sun
Over the horizon peeps.
Let this be a new beginning,
As all mornings are.
Walking through our life,
Spirits soaring, joy flinging.
Inside may be in turmoil, but
We know this is but a season.
So realize it is naught but a thought,
And walk forward with determined reason.
Our lives are what we make of them, so
Why not make it a good one?

Both images taken this morning
Through my Wyze Cam Pan
In the back yard
Eyes still blurred with sleep,
Trees set afire as the sun
Over the horizon peeps.
