Lovely gifts from my Dad... SILVER! (1)

There were many pieces, hence the numeration of this article... (1)

I have found the 3 known versions of the WAGON WHEEL. The Silver dollar was sometimes called a wagon wheel due to the large Diameter of the coin. 38mm, largest US common coinage that I know of, for those coins intended to be in circulation at least!!

The Morgan is the oldest, then the Peace dollar, but as I recall, the Morgan was brought back for a while after the Peace dollars. Then later we had the Ikes but there was just a 40% Silver content in circulation but mint sets were stamped in 90% Silver and sold in collector sets.

The IKE that I'm showing here is just regular clad, but I do own a 90% bicentennial IKE which is kinda cool 😎

This PEACE Dollar is just dirty, not a cameo but I'm not gonna clean it unless it's just a run of the mill 90%er. I'm in this for the bullion value, mostly.
