Three new rules have been implemented in the game: **Thorns, Magic Reflect, and Return Fire**. Which is named after their respective abilities. Maybe in the future, they can put cool names for these new combat rules. 😅 These new combat rules change the mechanics of battles and the player is forced to assemble new battle strategies. E isso a primeiro momento é visto com bons olhos, pois é notório ver como a equipe esta trazendo novas atualizações, sejam cartas novas, habilidades novas e agora regras de combates. Foram implementas no jogo três novas regras: **Throns, Magic Reflect e Return Fire**. Que tem o nome de suas respectivas habilidades. Talvez no futuro possam colocar nomes maneiros para essas novas regras de combates. 😅 Essas novas regras de combates mudam as mecânicas de batalhas e o jogador é forçado a montar novas estrategias de batalhas. Outra opção é escolher monstros de ataque melee com a habilidade **Shield**, que reduz o dano causado por **Thorns**, pela metade. Abaixo segue um exemplo de batalha com as regras de batalha **Thorns** e **Lost Magic**. Nosso oponente utilizou duas unidades de ataque a distância altamente danosa, mas conseguimos derrotá-las a tempos. Como nosso oponente focou em unidades de ataque corpo a corpo nossa estratégia de dar debuff deste tipo de ataque foi bem sucedida, além do fato que nosso tanque conseguiu segurar os ataques inimigos e mitigar os danos da regra **Thorns**. ![image.png](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/elderdark/23wr7sbqhHRCPMrjdQthY2yZAv2rKnRiANKWjHD5tXhpn71TSALbv4uy91p2JegUFjSZF.png) A regra de combate, **Magic Reflect**, faz com que os jogadores sejam forçados a não utilizem cartas mágicas, a menos que as regras de batalhas os obriguem. Nesta regra de combate todos os monstros têm a habilidade **Magic Reflect**, que retorna parte do dano causado por ataques mágicos. ![image.png](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/elderdark/AKPnBE3n9M1aLbKRSW4j5VrFWMpNuCDqfHfUNefrLCh7Mbfku6XLpNbEVrv3nvc.png) Em batalhas com a regra **Magic Reflect** será obvio que os jogadores utilizem unidades de ataque corpo a corpo e a distância. Utilizar unidades mágicas pode ser danoso para si mesmo, então evite utilizar estas unidades a menos que seja montado uma estrátegia para mitigar os danos mágicos refletidos. Na batalha abaixo optei por escolher unidades de ataque corpo a corpo, em sua maioria, e uma unidade mágica com a habilidade **Amplify**. Esta última, é para retornar totalmente o dano mágico do oponente, caso ele utilize alguma unidade mágica. Então, utilizar unidades de ataque a distância não é uma boa opção. Porém, esta regra não é tão impactante, pois na maioria das batalhas os jogadores não utilizam uma grande quantidade de unidades a distância em batalha.
