Gold ingots : Weight premiums question. (Worth it?)

As usual, when I post in this community, it's because I bought something shiny, or when I have a question. This time, it's a question.

Ever seen those ?

The weight of those little jewels is exactly one gram. As Gold is heavy, you can easily imagine the size of them, indeed, very small ...

You can easily hide them, and hold them securely, but the premium is high, I mean, really high.

The question

Is it worth to buy such small quantities, or is it better to wait and gather enough to buy bigger ingots. What's the correct weight you would advice?
And what about the multiple, those you can break to small pieces, if needed :

I admit I prefer the Heraeus version if I had to buy such multiples...

Premium on prices

At the moment, in my region, we see the following prices :

WeightPriceEquivalent per 100g
1g91.5€9150€
2.5g221.58860€
5g428.5€8560€
10g799€7990€
50g3800€7600€
100g7541€7541€

To show the Premium effect over same quantity.

I also have a subsidiary question, , about how many variants would you take in the weights, to allow easier exchanges...

I must admit I do not like to give those premiums away, even if I can ask it back to the future buyers, I prefer to allow the cash for a maximum of metal. It's also the very same reason why I prefer ingots to coins or medals as I told you on previous posts.

Have a nice day, everyone, and happy stacking!
